To hell with pizza by the slice! Take the whole damn thing!! Went here on my lunch break one day and was definitely not expecting to be served an entire pie, but hey... "When in Rome!" Let's just say these flavors made it more than easy to take on by myself. An authentic taste and feel, not what you would get from the usual suspects, but the same rapid service. If you're looking to branch out from your typical delivery pizza, give this a shot.
Let me start by saying I love Punch and I've been to most of them around the metro. They always have great service and even better pizza but there was something different about this one. This Punch had more of a funky, fun vibe which made the experience even more enjoyable!
We have been ordering take out for a while and have always enjoyed it but last night’s experience made me want to actually write a review. As the busy mom that I am, I went too fast when placing my online order and didn’t notice anything unusual. I walked in at the time of pickup and waited for my name to be called. For a while. Then I finally asked what was going on and the waitress and I looked at my email confirmation only to realize I placed the order for another location. I was mortified and there was no way I could drive there to get my pizzas. She didn’t hesitate and said to give them ten minutes and they would make the 4 pizzas I ordered. I was blown away. I didn’t have to pay anything else and they basically fixed a mistake they weren’t responsible for. That was so appreciated. I had two hungry kids waiting at home. Thank you!
The pizza was amazing and definitely worth the price. I got the Toto and it was super tasty. The atmosphere was friendly and the food was out within a couple mins. It was very fast and I will be going back!
Used to love the place, but keeps nickle and diming multiple times a year. A little under 10 for just a simple margarita pizza is disappointing, used to be 8 not even 2 years ago. Just make it 20 bucks and stop the price hikes for the same pizza.
Best Neopolatian pizza! Their gluten free crust is insanely tasty too. Can't recommend enough! You won't be disappointed. Even To Go is awesome!
Waited over 30mins to get cold pizza. Salad was good but I got no explanation as I watched many orders go and come to customers after me. Nothing worth revisiting honestly.

A sudden hunger grumble led to a decision to order out some good pizza and thus - Punch. We had a couple of veggie and a meat pizza - and all 3 disappointed. The crusts were burnt charcoal, the dough was way too thin in the center and the ingredients were lightly applied. While the taste remains - very sadly and humbly speaking - the pizzas were an absolute let down. Since this was a pick up - we had no way to know until reaching home and by then - a cold charcoal tasting pizza was too much to digest nor return to store to complain. Maybe we are affected by the constraints of covid and not having dined out punch pizza in a while but this is positively not what we remember from our regular past visits. I told myself I dare not eat here unless it s a dine in and I can express my disappointment in person.
Normally this is our favorite place in town for Neapolitan pizza! Unfortunately on this visit both of our crusts were sorely underdone. It was a busy date night and the restaurant was packed -- but this is not an excuse as we've had perfect pizzas on busy nights in the past. So normally I'd give this place a glowing review, but for this visit I can't.
