Had an issue with my online order on 6-21-22 which was totally my fault. Called the store and talked to Jacqulynn (one of the managers) to try to correct it. She was extremely pleasant and patient with me even though it was during the lunch rush. The problem was resolved and I'm very impressed with how she handled it! She's a keeper!
Placed mobile order in morning for pick up at 6:15 pm. Got there and was greeted by 3 of the nicest employees I’ve met in awhile. Walked in literally at 6:13 and the food was being made fresh. Most places would have it sitting around in advance, but not here. Food was correct and delicious. Thanks for making our dinner a great experience.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop has become my new favorite sandwich shop. The sandwiches I have had are wonderful, can be made specifically to your preference and are aways correctly prepared. I love the idea of being able to preorder and just run in to grab your sandwiches. The employees seem genuinely friendly and helpful. Thank you Potbelly employees ?

This Pot Belly in Eden Prairie mall has been a regular pit stop for our family after or before the movies for past many yearsSunday was one such day. Expecting the "same-old" standard service, I was pleasantly surprised by the person (Johann) who starts the sandwich making process.I was greeted in a very very positive and cheerful manner (something I'd never experienced in the past). It was evident that Johann loves doing his job and it came out visibly for everyone before and behind me in the line.When I looked around I also saw other team members exuding cheerfulness while working. It was quite evident that their Manager (Gloria) is doing a great job by keeping her team motivated and cheerful, which was passed on to the customers.I look forward to my next sandwich from them...

Been a customer at this specific potbelly location for over 10 years since I was in HS working at the mall. It never disappoint from service and food. I never have a 2nd thought of going to any other location or sandwich shop.I’m a patient customer and with times like this, I try my best understanding employee difficult time of being so busy and under staffed. I always treat any employee anywhere with respect, and if I have not in any way then I’ll own up to that. Unfortunately, Gloria really ruined that image of this Potbelly for me. First and second occasion were in store as I always order my sandwiches the past 10 years with everything on it. She snicker and rolled her eyes saying “urghh you know how difficult that is?” Similar saying during the 2nd time but I didn’t give any reaction both times because I got what I wanted.Fast forward a week later, I called to place my order for a quick pick up. I needed a few sandwiches and soup order but after I place my order of the 2nd or 3rd she hung up the phone.It is not my intention to make it more difficult for your chain to run, but this is simply a review from a faithful customer. I wish you the best getting more staffs and possibly some review training on customer service once in a while.The dynamic between customers, company, and team memebers is at its most challenging right now.
