Last time I ordered here, my pizza was still raw and thought maybe it was a busy day. I let it slide. This is the second time I go and pizza is poorly made again. Barely got any of the toppings I asked for and it was completely soggy. I do not recommend getting Pizza Hut from here at all.
I waited 2 hours for the wrong pizza. I ordered super supreme and got some pizza with pineapples no meat and olives which I ordered no olives. I call the store and he said it was his co workers fault and they are remaking my pizza but it might take more than 2 hours cuz they extra busy and hung up on me. I will never order from here again
New to the area so we decided to give this location a try. Cinnastix came and we’re not coated with cinnamon which isn’t the end of the world but they were completely dry and not cooked all the way through, nor did they include the frosting for the stix either. Didn’t receive the sauce we ordered for the wings and 4 pieces of our pizza weren’t even covered with any toppings let alone sauce so it was just dried out bread. They can’t even be bothered to answer the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience of my life. Half of our order went in the trash.
Was delivered by door dash so like all door dash orders I've had it was cold. If I knew it was gonna be delivered through door dash I would've ordered somewhere else. Had to reheat food before I could enjoy it. Totally defeats the purpose of ordering in. Will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered from the app. It stated 25-35 minutes, so we called when it had been 55 minutes. Told the driver was lost there and the food would be here soon. I told them last time they used door dash drivers, our food was cold. Guy on phone says “it just came out of the oven,” however it was in “on the way to you status for over 30 mins. Cue 30 minutes later, still nothing. I think I might actually die of old age by the time the Pizza Hut/door dash combo gets me food.
These pizzas came below my expectations. They’re not thoroughly cooked and they came with thin dough

I have very rarely had a good experience from this Pizza Hut. It had been a couple years so I figured why not give it a try. 20 minutes after confirming my order through the site I received a text informing me that they had decided to deliver my order through door DoorDash and charged me an extra 10 dollars for it. Definitely my last time ordering from this terrible store. Gina Maria’s is down the street. I highly recommend going there instead.
I never received my food. When I pulled up 20 mins after ordering then sat in the parking lot 10 mind waiting for someone to bring out the food, finally called just to be told my order hasn't started yet and they don't know how long it will be, they are still filling the dinner rush order is 8:45 by this time. I just asked them to cancel the order. They should've called customers upon receiving the orders to notify them of the long expected wait. I placed my online domino's order and drive 10 mins up the road.
I’ve ordered here maybe a dozen times and they have messed up the order every time. Missing bread sticks, missing cinnamon sticks, missing side sauces. Occasionally, they have just forgotten to grab it from the warming oven, but they’ve also forgotten to make them and I’ve had to wait for the next batch to finish.This is on top of how inaccurate Pizza Hut’s online order “estimated time” is. 10-15 minutes often ends up as 30-60.
