I'm so disappointed. We used to love coming here. We hadn't been in a long time, but found ourselves in the area and decided to stop in. Things have gone seriously downhill. The food prep and expedite area were a total mess - boxes all over, messy counters. We ordered a wonton appetizer, 2 meals, and 2 drinks - and it was $37! The wontons were undercooked and greasy. The meals were soupy, salty messes. I've honestly had better frozen meals. We won't be back which is unfortunate as this place used to be so great.
Ate here for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and had good flavor. Nice portions. Friendly staff. Would visit again.
good food in general but they changed the pug pao sauce and it's over sweet now..
Frist time here, and loved it. My daughter has food problems and they helped make it so she was able to eat it. Even was so nice. Who I think was the manager was walking around making sure everything was good and was saying what we had ordered. Well go back again next time in the area!
I was happy to discover that the featured Spicy Korean beef had not been dumbed down and was indeed spicy. The dining area was clean, the staff was courteous and our food was prepared and served quickly.
I wish I could choose the option of no stars. The costumer service was horrible. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I’m not even usually the type of person to leave a review. Actually this is my first ever review. They delivered my order which was wrong. After calling to let them know. They let me know my correct order was going to be delivered. After waiting for 2 hours and calling multiple times with no answer. I ended up having to drive over there only to find the restaurant not busy at all. It seemed that my calls were being deliberately ignored. I felt extremely disrespected and disregarded. They weren’t even apologetic. I was a loyal costumer for a long time, but never again. Spend your money elsewhere.
The manager was very apologetic about having to order online only because he didn't have staff for the register in store. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding given the fact he was short-handed.
Not sure what happened here. I used to come here a lot and the last few times has been disappointing and I took a chance again today and it's still disappointing. Too much sauce in dishes and honey seared chicken has too much vinegar and stale sesame oil.The last time I ordered via grubhub and wonton soup without the wontons.Crab wonton is always good but it's hard to mess that up.
The workers were very nice! but the food was not very good. I went with my friends, and they said that this used to be their favorite restaurant, but the food got worse since they have been there.
Nice staff however food did not appear fresh and I drove all the way home to discover my order was wrong. I received two completely different items than what I purchased (and verified on the receipt) and didn’t receive 1 item at all. I was turned off by the quality and couldn’t bare to eat it. Wasted money.
