Took my pops out for his birthday. They sang a song and gave free dessert. Great service and food!

So, I’m not a regular of eating sushi. I told the waitress what I wanted. I also explained to her that I’m not familiar with sushi and would like cooked salmon or crab. She said its raw. So I told her. Ok what can you suggest for me that’s not raw and cold. She had an attitude, then suggested shrimp. I told her I don’t eat seafood, but salmon and crab. Nothing else from the ocean. She got smart and said.” Well salmon is sea food..??‍♂️. We went back and forth trying to figure out what would work best for me. The entire time. She was being unprofessional. I got up and was about to leave. She walked off to the chef and complained , I then asked her for someone who speaks English. The chef came over and he was super nice and explained to me how sushi works and recommended one for me. After I decided what I wanted. I told him.. forget it. I’m not satisfied with the service here. I never got to taste the food, but they left a bad taste in my mouth with their customer service.

I went here with my husband and a friend yesterday for dinner. We ordered the hibachi dinner for lovers, a shrimp hibachi, and mango dragon roll. The sushi and the hibachi all tasted really good! The hibachi all came with an onion soup and salad. Then a hibachi chef grills the food in front of you on the hibachi grill that is on your table. He makes a show of the cooking and it was very entertaining as he tries to engage us to be a part of the show too. We noticed that there were many families with kids who had come here to celebrate birthdays. If it is your birthday, the staff come out with a gong and turn on birthday music for you. It seems like a good place to eat for all ages.

This is the first time that I was a little dissatisfied with the food. We had 14 people in our party and I for one seemed to get shorted on the amount of vegetables and noodles I got with my hibachi. Shrimp was very good. Everything tasted good, just felt short changed!

I love this place but, this time the cook had to be new or something.. our food was bland. Usually it's flavorful and on point. I will return to this location. I do recommend people try it. It wasjust a bad day I believe

A reliable place to go for sushi! Osaka has a ton of options. If you go during Happy Hour, you’ll save a ton on rolls. I had a tasty pomegranate martini - very very sugary. Our server was super attentive to our table and made sure we had water filled up and tended to our needs.

Food was amazing but honestly I've never been treated so poorly. I asked for a side of Yum Yum sauce to go with my dinner to go order and she came back with literally like a quart and my tab went from $26 to $37 so I said is there any way I could just get a smaller side and she rolled her eyes and literally ignored my request. Wow... I support small/local businesses, but I won't feel bad not patrioning this ungrateful establishment anymore.

We went to Osaka's for our anniversary. The food was awesome we ordered the shrimp, scallops and filet mignon meal for two. Our filet was so tender you could cut it with just your fork. Plum wine wonderful as usual. Our chef was very good as a cook, but not so much as an entertainer. I gave this restaurant 4 stars for the food. Minus one for entertainment from chef.

I have never felt so rushed to eat and leave in my life. All food was thrown on the grill at the same time, cooked and thrown on the plate as fast as the chef could go. Very obvious they made reservations for too many people. Fried rice is always served in a bowl and I eat it out of the bowl. Not tonight. The bowl was thrown on my plate upside down. I ordered Filet Mignon but wasn't even asked how I wanted it cooked. It was just grilled and thrown on my plate cooked rare and I like it medium. Very disappointed in this visit. In the future I am likely to patronize another location.

The food is great. Some chefs are really fun while others just go through the motions. On this visit they didn't bring our soup and salad until after the chef had started, which I found irritating. Waitress disappeared for long periods of time.I wish we could tip the chef separately.
