Don't dine in! Last night we did two orders. 5 soft serve treats took 30 minutes. 2 more took another 20. Soft serve, so no cooking, just dumping it in a cup with a chosen topping.Another guy was there for a pickup order for over 25 minutes.They took the fast out of fast food! I hope the drive thru fared better.
So I’m inside waiting for my order to be taken and the little boy ignored me and then says after it’s closed that they are not taking orders so I say to him so you watched me stand here and refused to take my order he says yeah do what?Then his rude Latin Manager who also ignored me and never said anything to me said oh I was up front taking orders and no I didn’t see you but you clear starred at me when I walked in at 8:45pm and did nothing. The service at this location is horrible the staff is rude and I will never come to this location ever again best believe all my coworkers will hear about this two, my sons team and my friends will hear about how horrible this McDonald’s is don’t waste your time coming to this dirty, slow, incompetent staffed restaurant who messes your order up!!!
I requested double apples instead of fries and kids meal and this is the only McDonald’s who has ever told me they would have to charge me extra. It does not cost them any extra if you consider how many kids choose double fries. I told them they were the only one that charged extra and they didn’t even put the apples in his kids meal. I called to let them know so that I could get a credit or get them next time and before I could say much I was hung up on. Now they won’t answer my phone call.
Food Not great, 4/5 low bar though.Compared to the MC.D in Uptown and Hopkins. It wasn't dirty, it didn't smell like piss.Playground is a bonus
They closed 30 minutes before they’re website entailed and told me that they were done. Keeping in mind multiple people were left un-notified and sitting at the window as a customer I had to notify them that the manager had told us they were done being that that was their job.
I arrive at the location at 11:08pm. On google it says the store is supposed to close at 11:30pm. Customers are still waiting in the drive thru (no one is communicating with us) I pulled up to the window and the manager Sam just waived at me. An employee came up to the window and said “I can sit there all I want.” When I worked there Sam was unprofessional to customers and still seems to be today. This McDonald’s is a complete joke.
I don’t normally write reviews but I’m going to today. I have never been treated poorly And the manager was EXTREMELY rude.
Arrived an hour before closing and make the car queue. At 11:10 they stopped taking orders from the drive through and just ran the clock until it was time to close. Instead of telling us anything they just let us wait there and waste our time. Thank you.
