I understand that customers have not been kind lately. I read your sign when I came in today.Please remember to treat people kindly. I know it is hard for you right now, but there are customers that are polite and kind to you. I hope you can recognize that and not be short with all people.I walked in the door today and apologized for not placing my order online. I was not aware until I arrived. Received horribly rude service in the drive thru and my sandwich was shorted on the toppings. So much for finding a JJ restaurant that provides good service...
Everytime I order delivery (6 total times now over the span of a year), it has taken over 45min to receive the order... Freaky Slow. Would never beat the fire fighters if there was a fire.

Food takes an hour to be delivered. Food is usually correct but the long delivery when you advertise freaky fast kills the entire experience.
I'd add a photo but I just ordered online and added EZ avocado spread, there was none on the sandwich. That was an extra .89 I know it's not a lot but I'm sad it wasn't on there. I also asked for it to be cut in half, and it was not.
I always just have the turkey tom, It taste like diet food.
Despite the COVID-19 staffing shortage, this crew works tirelessly nonstop to serve great, fresh sandwiches. Unfortunately their delivery does take a bit, but I've never had bad food from this place. The one time I did, all I had to do is simply ask the manager to make a new sandwich because the one they gave simply wasn't their usual quality. They even refunded the order without me even asking. In an area such as Eden Prairie it's hard to work a minimum wage job, and deal with snobby rich people. Mad props to the 3 managers and crew members who work here.
Worst shop ever. The manager is a complete a$$hole. Legit ordered my sandwich at 12:15pm. It is now 1:22 pm and still not out for delivery. When I called to ask about my delivery, he immediately acted like I was yelling at him over the phone. Not only was I not yelling, but I also wasn't getting a solution. My sandwich had oil and vinegar on it, so I expressed how my sandwich would be soggy and he simply didn't care. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP. PICK A DIFFERENT LOCATION.
