This place was not immune to this post covid society - recently re-opened because of lack of staff, no breakfast (even though it said there was on the website), no turn down service unless requested, ONE luggage cart (minor but inconvenient detail), the pool said it was closed until further notice but I saw people swimming during the middle of the day. Would have been nice for my toddler and I to swim so we weren't cooped up in the room all day. The room itself was clean enough when we arrived and the beds were comfy, and the staff was kind which is why they are at least getting 3 stars.I hope things get better soon for this hotel!

This hotel is in need of a refresh/update. Hasn't changed or updated anything for a long time. My company is just down Shady Oak Rd. and I have informed our office to avoid this hotel and shift back to Eden Prairie for lodging. The staff was nice after you got them to come out of the office. My room needed to be refreshed/updated especially the bathroom. The Breakfast was limited and the evening offering was Pizza. No housekeeping during your stay. I don't live like that at home and for the rate you pay for these rooms I expect more. I am a Diamond Member and felt slighted at this hotel, Your status perks stopped at reserved parking and the staff made no effort to make you feel valued. I travel for a living and stay in many hotels domestically as well as internationally which affords me to see the disparity between locations and hotels which are often identical in brand and accommodations. Most hotels are franchised but should have some standards required upon a franchisee.

Have been staying here every week for 13 weeks on a company project. Staff here takes care to make sure I have everything I need. The only issue is the routine for room cleaning doesn't make sense. I check out every Friday morning and back on Sunday night. They clean my room every Thursday. I had requested that all rooms under our company reservation to be cleaned on Wednesday. It makes no sense to clean on Thursday then I check out Friday morning. You have to clean again for weekend rentals. Wouldn't Wednesday be a more logical day to clean? Lastly, they know I reserve weekly but only leave two coffee pods and two paper coffee cups. Have to ask at front desk and they are only allowed to give out two at a time. BTW, I am a Diamond Elite customer.

For the most part I feel that this hotel is pretty good value. Your greeted with a coffee service at check in, It's really clean and beautifully furnished. The friendly reception staff make check in really simple. It's very convenient to the highway system and shopping, services and a plethora of restaurants and coffee shops. Next year there will be a metro train station nearby.Although there is never enough lighting in a hotel room for me, there are well placed lighting options around the room. And the hotel gets morning sun and evening sunset which if you're a sun lover is really great. The blackout curtains were really nice for sleeping in.The TV was adequate,The bed was comfortable, the in room coffee station was furnished with Keurig single cup machines. There was a little tiny microwave, and refrigerator. The bathrooms were clean and bright, stocked with top quality plush linens and a new line of soap and shampoos. The intimate fitness center has a full rack of weights, no stationary bikes, two treadmills, and an elliptical machine. It is conveniently attached to the modest swimming pool and a very small whirlpool capacity of six very small people.Though the flooring tiles look nice they are very dangerous when wet.I saw numerous people fall, indeed I slipped on the steps into the whirlpool and banged my arm on the railing which was slippery as well.I'm healthy but my fall could have easily injured a frail person. There was a problem with keeping the area stocked with towels and indeed I had to call the front desk to bring towels twice.By Saturday evening they had run out of towels so I had to slog back to my room soaking wet, a minor inconvenience, but for a company that boasts luxury it was disapointingThe breakfast offerings were a step above some other properties with cut fruit and a hot bar, juices served in carafes instead of a machine, linen wrapped flatware, waffle maker, hot oat meal, pastries, bagels, muffins all nicely displayed. The dining room was amply furnished and there is even an inviting patio option when the weather is warmOn week days they offer omlets. On Sunday they even had a cheese cake yum!

This was our 3rd stay here. We have been here for 2 of the last 3 Super Bowls. Great price for room. Staff was very nice and we loved the pool and hot tub. Room was very clean. We had a junior suite. The road up to hotel needs major repairs but this is not the Hotel's issue

Love being able to check in and out through the app! Front desk ladies were wonderful in the evening. Clean room nice staff.

Was an okay stay. The bathroom was much smaller than any other hotel I've stayed in. The restaurant that is listed isn't even open and hasn't been in over a year. The breakfast was also not included, which for the price of this room and the restaurant not being open, I feel that breakfast could have been included. Staff was fine and the room was generally clean. Overall, not what I expected from a Hilton.

It's Just OK roadside hotel, very dated room with no tech features like USB charger etc.My room pillow had mold and mildew stains.Breakfast is offered at $15+ tax,and funny part is Hilton Diamond member credit is $10.I also realized top floor near Elevator area had lot of smell of oil and food PREP during morning.Next time I would look for other hotels.BTW in the day of writing this review I am a diamond level member.

Surprised to find bugs in the room throughout our stay (silverfish and spiders) because the hotel is so nice. Great hallways, lobby, elevators (seriously, we appreciated the lightning-fast elevators), and parking. Could hear the guests above our room walking around all night so the rooms are not as quiet as I hoped. Was told the pool would be open, but it was closed. Fire alarm at 12:30 am due to a hallway light fixture bulb burning. Not fun waiting outside for an hour with a 6-year-old in the middle of the night. No discount was offered. Great continental breakfast that was free for kids. Adults $9. Staff was very nice and professional.

The rudest front desk person I have ever dealt with. I had tried to call this hotel for 4-5 hours, probably 15 calls and no one picked up the phone so I had to reach out to the corporate office and they were unable to get anyone to pick up either. I was called a lair when I told her I had been trying to call for 5 hours. Shee took my payment, gave me my room key but told me the room wasn't ready and I would not be able to get in. I had two rooms and asked about checking in the other room. She told me that he could check it in, so she allowed me to check in under someone else. She told me she was going to call the manager so I could speak with him, she called him and went into the back room and closed the door. When I checked into the other room the guy was nice but it did not change my view of the hotel due to the first person treating me so poorly and could have given my room out to anyone who walked into the hotel. Big reason for the stay was for the pool, it was freezing and was not able to use it as planned. The pool would not have been as big of a deal if I would have been treated with respect, so it was the icing on the cake. I do not recommend this place and I will not be back.
