It was definitely a really bad experience upon entering the restaurant.The staff was very rude and would walk away even when trying to communicate with them.The food was definitely not fresh as it only took around 2 minutes for them to bring the dishes out from when ordered.They also got one dish protein completely wrong and brought shrimp instead of chicken.There was a rather strange flavor to the food, it was awful to take more than one bite.They didn't seem to have any respect for their customers whatsoever.
I placed an online order and noted in the "special instructions" section, "Please NO water chestnuts". When I picked up my order and got it home to eat, I noticed water chestnuts throughout my chicken entre'! I was livid.! What's the point of having a special instructions section if the restaurant ignores the customer's requests? I could be allergic to water chestnuts. I hate them! Also, I ordered Egg Foo Young and there were bits of eggshells in my dish! Gross!This was the last time I will order food from this restaurant. I gave them another chance after my sister's fried rice and shrimp toast were burnt to a crisp. For the price they are NOT worth it.

First time ordering from here and we didn’t enjoy it. The wontons were terribly made/folded with way too much wrapper all bunched together and not enough cream cheese. The wrapper on the dumplings was super thick and soggy. All of the fried food arrived soggy. The sweet and sour pork had barely any vegetables in it. The only decent thing was the sesame chicken. Unfortunately my husband ordered enough food for the 2 of us to feed an army and I feel like it was a complete waste.

The prices are way too high for a restaurant that doesn't have good customer service. Ordered the orange chicken and it was so tough you couldn't cut or chew it! The waiter said if I ordered the sesame chicken I would get the tender meat. What? It should all be the same! I won't go back or recommend this restaurant.
The food is Fabulous and the people are Wonderful!!! There are so many great menu choices that it is difficult to choose, so we always order several entrees and get to enjoy the food for several days. Ha and Tony are very hard working, as it is tough to get staffing these days! We have never had anything less than a Delightful Food Experience.
This was my favorite place to go when I was a teenager. Went with friends several time a month and it's a flavor I miss now that I've moved away. Wanted to try the buffet, but could never go in the mornings. Chicken was ALWAYS juicy and staff made us feel like family due to how often we went. Hoping to stop in when I'm in the neighborhood!
If you like food poisoning and waiting an hour and a half to be served, then this is the place for you. I was a server for 5 years. I typically have a lot of patience when it comes to restaurants, especially mid-pandemic. However, waiting an hour and a half to be given cold food that was bland AND had hair in it is ridiculous. The lady at the front was very kind and understanding, however the man who served us was extremely rude. He walked past us 8 times without acknowledging us at all. He rolled his eyes taking our drink order and didn't answer any of the questions we had about the menu. Worst meal I have ever eaten at a restaurant. 3 people in our party ended up with food poisoning. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
