Our order was fine, but they only had one person working so it took way too long to get anything because they were trying to take orders, get money, and make everything ordered.

I love that it’s located in Eden Prairie mall. My kids love walking the mall and stopping for Orange Julius’s. It can get busy on the weekends, but the staff does a good job of handling the rushes.
Had a wonderful strawberry shake. My wife had a mango smoothy.Both refreshing.
You can still get your pick of Orange Julius'. Nice employees and clean restaurant. It's in the upstairs food court.
Line is so long every time in the drive through. When will the dining room open up covid has been out for over a year and every other restaurant is operating normally except Dairy Queen. Unreal.
The service here is terrible, there is an overweight young man pictured elsewhere in these reviews that was extremely rude and made nasty comments. He left me waiting for nearly five minutes only to then yell at me for not wearing a mask standing 10 feet away. I am pregnant, have an anxiety disorder and a medical condition so do not wear it when i don't have to. I told him I'd be happy to put it on but he refused to serve me and made an inappropriate comment. I called to talk to the manager, he said he was the manager and when I asked to reach their corporate office he simply hung up the phone on me. I hope the ownership deals with this employee and people do not patronize this place until then.Edit to add after the reply: I did reach out, I called the store and was told I would be transferred to a manager but was hung up on, I called back thinking it a simple mistake but the employee mentioned above answered and instead of transferring me told me this did not happen. I filled out a form message on the corporate site after being unsuccessful in contacting the owner of the franchise. This is not something I normally do, I have never left a negative review or spoken to an employee's superior in my life, this is a first. I simply want the owner of this establishment to be made aware of how their employee conducts himself and do not want other people to be treated as poorly as I was. Once this is acknowledged, I will happily delete this review as to not sully the reputation of an otherwise good establishment.
