Eden Prairie DW is so great. Perfect location, easy drive through, quick service and perfectly crisp-edge burger cooking. I’m making it a regular Fan Food place.
It was terrible. So, I ordered a medium Snickers blizzard, and got a small cookie dough blizzard. She even put a medium Snickers blizzard in the receipt. I paid for a medium Snickers blizzard, not a small cookie dough blizzard. Would not recommend.
Best fast food ever. The burger looked like it does in the ads and taste super good. Rhe staff was really nice

Pretty dirty with overflowing garbages. Picture taken 3/17/22. Ordered a birthday cake for my son online 2 days before his birthday which was never filled when I showed up. Showed them my online confirmation and no one could find a reason why it wasnt made. They provided an alternative cake at a discount, but then spelled his name wrong on it after taking a pretty extensive period of time to fulfill the order while I waited. Gave it two stars because I like DQ icecream.
Web search said it was open at 11 am. For the pass two weekends it wasn't. Just today went there waited 14 mins with two other cars at the drive through and one was there. If your store hours had changed please update on Google
VERY expensive for what you get, as far as food goes. Ice cream is a bit more realistic. Nice people working here though.
If I could give this horrible establishment one star I would. The management is absolutely horrible. I was given a half melted blizzard, my son’s fries were hot but he said he thought they were double dipped which means they were put back into the fryer to be warmed back up after being cold. Our chicken tenders were extremely cold, the flame broiled burger was somehow soggy and it was a total waste of money. The assistant manager on duty i believe her name was Maddie was absolutely horrible to deal with. Extremely rude and unpleasant. I found her online and this is the type of people that you hire?Trash. Will never come here again. Bringing my kids elsewhere. My husband also called to complain and whoever dealt with him was also rude and didn’t care. No sort of reconciliation. What an embarrassment.
This location was actually closed when we pulled up at 1 pm today. There are staffing shortages, so the kitchen was just opening. Staff let us know that it would be ready orders in an hour. Definitely just check they are open before going!
By the time we got our ice cream, it was already halfway melted. The blizzard was not able to be flipped and the cone was falling apart before we even got 100 get away from the shop. Maybe because heat was on? I have no clue
