Ordered dinner - picked it up (which is fine), but salad had no dressing, even though we asked - turns out they ran out of dressing and didn't say anything. no offer for an alternative, money back or any resolution. (chips and salsa was ordered, received two chips but no salsa - salad with no dressing). very frustrating when you are hungry.
30 minutes after open. Paid for seasonal drink. None available. Paid for chicken burrito. Got the nastiest driest product. How can this be only 30 minutes after opening doors? Disgusting
The one in eden prairie is 1 star compair to nearby city chipotle's. Service with a glare , lines out the door, no eating inside/ its May 2022 already. Cold food, it took forever.
Very disappointed in the food from this place. First off, they were digital only so I had to wait in my car and order and that took nearly 30 minutes. Second off, they gave my girlfriend half the amount of food that I ordered and we ordered the same thing. And third, they forgot both lettuce and fajita on our bowls. It even says everything they are supposed to put in the bowl on the sticker on the bowl! Will not be going here anymore.
I don’t give out 1 star reviews all that often, but I’ve had some of the worst experiences here that I’ve ever had at Chipotle. They are CLEARLY understaffed and I would recommend this location be shut down if they can’t hire more employees. My online order was over 15 min late on 2 separate occasions. Both times, there were less than 3 employees and over 10 people waiting on food. This location is a disgrace to Chipotle’s good service and convenient mobile ordering system.
Ordered online for 7:10 pick up. Incredibly slow service. Kids working To-Go didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. Employees walking around aimlessly, looking lost. Arrived at the store at 7:10. Waited until 7:30. Was told all of the 7:10 orders were out. When I told him to check again, it was sitting on the counter in front of him. Got the order home and the entire thing was wrong. I understand that finding workers is tough, but train the ones you have to do the job correctly.
I ordered two chicken bowls. When the cashier billed the item, she billed one steak bowl and one chicken bowl. I asked why. She was not responding rather she was billing other customers. I was literally standing for few minutes , then I asked again. This time she told that my co worker told that one steak and one chicken. I replied her we don't eat how can I order steak one. She then continued to bill others without answering. then again I called the person who packed my food. She was also not interested. Finally after few minutes, the cashier discussed with the person she told that I added double chicken, so we can't change the bill. I said that I have seen that you are not added double, but she refused and went back. Again, I stood for few minutes and came back. I complained about this issue through online. Till now I haven't received any response. One more important thing to add. On Jan 31 I ordered and I got free plastic pieces in my food. See the picture
This place should close for good period. Why waste your valuable time during lunch break. Lunch will be over by the time you get your order. You don’t know you have to place an on line order until you get in the door. After you order then it’s a 15 to 20 minute wait. By that time your food is cold already. Last time coming here, this place sucks. Go somewhere else for fast lunch. Your wasting gas and time.
Great service! Store was clean and the customer service was great. The staff was friendly and Bre (I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correct) but she was helpful, patient and approachable. She was quick to provide assistance. I had moments where I was unsure and she gave the space for me to place my order how I wished. It's nice to go into places and have helpful prompt assistance.
They just need to close this place already. It's only open until 6:30, so good luck if you're getting a late dinner. They are also typically only serving online orders, however there's no way to know besides going into the location and finding out the hard way.My orders have been incorrect the last 2 times I actually got my food. They are so poorly managed and "understaffed" (despite many employees standing around doing nothing), that actually getting your food is hit or miss. Today, I went in to pick up an order that was supposed to be done around 4:50. I waited until 5:15, and when I asked if my order was coming up, the manager rudely told me that I needed to be patient because she was still working on orders due before 4:50.Just shut it down already. Eden Prairie will be just fine without this Chipotle.
