Plenty of big screen TV's for sports watching, pull tabs on-site and an open view concept for even the kitchen. Also available, a large wraparound patio built into the landscaped hillside. Our selection this afternoon was the new Classic Club Sandwich with deli fresh sliced turkey, ham, applewood bacon, provolone and cheddar cheese, fresh lettuce and tomato and garlic aioli on my ever favorite toasted sourdough bread. Good quality, quantity (note: pic shows only 1/2 serving, as we shared) and presentation. My side was a generous heaping of waffle fries, which seemed to be bit over cooked, but still enjoyable. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices are a bit higher but still doable, especially as my wife and I often share a meal.
Not impressed. Took them over 10 minutes to come to our table,it was not that busy at the time we got there. Too big of platter for the little amount of food. Waffle fries were cold, no bacon on my burger. My husband and son are their burgers,pd more for the fancy beef burger ,tastes the same as the other burgers. The server never came back to ask us how things were . Spent a bit of money for no service and cold food.
We arrived after 6 p and we ordered flatbread pizza and a salad/soup combo and finally go served at 7:20 pm. The restaurant was not busy ( 7 tables) the rest of the people were at the bar. Never offered anything while we waited. The server was rarely around. We ordered wine and it came out in a plastic cup and waiter said they were out of wine glasses? Pizza was not that good and was cold. Salad was basic and potatoes soup was good but very salty - would not be coming back
It's been a number of years since I last visited Chammps EP. And aside from the prices not else has changed much. I had the club sandwich and it was excellent, my significant other had the grilled cheese and loved it, and the plates around us looked equally great. We ate at the bar and the service was spot on. And I still think they have one of the best patios in the metro area..
SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE to eat
We sat at our table for 15 minutes and no server came. We left after the 15 minutes. Watch other tables that came in after us get served. Very poor management!
We used to go to Champps frequently as it was a fun place with good food. It's been years since we've dined there as there are so few locations left. It just was not as good as we remembered. It felt like a bunch of overpriced frozen food put in an air fryer.
We ordered some great appetizers…generous portions. Great service and lots of different areas for seating. I plan to go back in the summer for the outdoor patio.
Having not been to a Champps for a few years, we were looking forward
The service was excellent. The restaurant was busy but it was still easy to hold a conversation. The waiter didn't rush our group and was accommodating as we had people arriving at staggered times. We will definitely return to this location.
