Someone deleted my previous review, yet kept all the fraudulent reviews up.This store is in a private office building. Reviews mentioning ordering online, calling the store, breakfast, etc. are either regarding a different location or completely fabricated.I've actually had a drink from this store and it was great.
Unfortunately with anyone who is attempting to make a false review for this location. We are not open to the public, nor do we take online orders because we are not open to the public. We do not have a phone number for anyone to call, you would need someone who works at Optum to give you a phone number to reach myself or my store.I am sorry for all those who are confused by this. If you look at the Caribou app you will see that we are not on there due to the building is not open to the public.
Do not order online, if anyone orders in person after you they will make their drinks before yours. I waited 25 min only to be told they were out of a specific ingredient.
We moved to FL from MN four years ago and every time we go back north for a visit, I make several trips to the local Caribou. Love their coffee!
