This is kinda of weird way to tell the truth about what is my Experience with the Caribou Coffee the dude he was very kind but not thing happened with Employee Nothing to doing with the drink but only thing is bugging me it is I was no been told I was having a free upgrade drink but I was never received yet that why I was not happy about it

Always good. Don’t waste your time with the drive through. Go in so much quicker and better experience.
My favorite all time Caribou!! Every employee is so kind and super nice. My drink is always perfect! Some even know my drink by heart (Hi Ann!!) I cannot say enuf good things about Caribou on Leona Rd. You guys r amazing!!!
Just picked up a coffee and their lumberjack sandwich. That will never happen again at this location as The lumberjack sandwich was freezing in the center. It's called a microwave, not that sophisticated.
Walked from hotel 5min away in the cold to discover the lobby was closed. Looked online before we left and it said indoor dinning was open. Someone else had this issue a couple months ago and nothing seemed to have changed.
The Caribou website says they're open to do indoor dining got over there after being out in this freezing cold it's 10° air temp 30 below windshield to get it something hot to drink and I couldn't even get that something needs to change they should not have been closed they're busier than hell with the drive up though and I was not the only one trying to do something in the lobby
My favorite coffee shop chain in America. Love the trivia discount, themes, drinks, and atmosphere. Maybe I'm a little bias, being that I am from MN, and so was Caribou.
This place gets randomly very busy at both the drive-thru and counter so I suggest using their app to order ahead if so inclined.
Everyone else at this location was super nice and polite except Alanna. She was very rude to me today, acting as if I was an inconvenience for coming to the store. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment
