Drink was watery and not as good as other caribou places and the customer service was not the best.
It took 30 minutes to get our stuff but they have amazing costumer service
I just was there and the staff there so t seem to care anything about customers, they were very rude and it was the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. The guys seriously don’t know what a strawberry daiquiri is and made me a blended mess, it was awful ?, $9:50 wasted, not going back there ever.
You might be wondering where the best pastries in the twin cities are. Look no further! Always delicious and their curbside pickup is very efficient and organized.
UPDATE: Went back again, assuming this would have been addressed by now and had to call the customer support number below because a different person working than before informed me I would not be served, even with a medical exemption. The customer support people told me I could still be served and that the 2 people working on 2 different occasions were false. I hope they correct this but I think I have had enough of this place, even though it used to be part of my routine, my new routine now that I am aware of the way these people are trained to discriminate, will include the starbucks in the mall that served me unmasked and got the pleasure of seeing my smile allong with a steady supply of my money.They would not serve me because of my medical inability to wear a mask. I used to be loyal to caribou but I am not going to support them as a company anymore. I will invest in any company that wants to compete with them, including starbucks. On my way there now.
Coffee is great. None gluten free options
It took an extremely long time to get our drinks and they ran out of EVERYTHING including cups. It took over 10 minutes to get four simple drinks. The replacement drinks for the ones my friends ordered that they didn't have the ingredients for were very watery, horrible tasting, wasn't blended completely and had large chunks of warm fruit, and had large chunks of ice. The drink that I ordered had way more coffee than it should. The replacement drinks were so disgusting that we were all gagging on every sip.
At the mall to see Santa and stopped by Caribou after. Not only did the barista taking our order look and sound like he'd rather be anywhere but there, at the pick-up window, we asked what drink was up. Another barista replied with, "I don't know." You can't ask? The next drink in our order came up and we took both as it looked correct. I ordered half and half in my coffee and there was none. I'm all about second chances, but this was twice in two minutes. Very disappointed.
