Got my entire order wrong even though we said the number instead of the meal somehow got a whole different meals. Ordered large meals, got smalls meals. Basically paid way over what I should have for the wrong meal.

This is a good Wendy’s. The food is hot, fries crisp, and order accurate. I haven’t eaten inside often but do go through the drive thru on occasion. I drive out of my way to go to this Wendy’s vs. the one closer to my home because the quality is more consistent.

I went through the drive through around 1pm today and there was no line. Gregory was my cashier. He was very nice. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with fries. My order was correct. It was tasty.

Way too expensive for the amount of food. Burger was still pink inside (not a good thing IMO from a fast food place)

Buns were stale, ordered a spicy chicken, received a original. The restaurant is very, very outdated and in major disrepair. Fries were fantastic!

This Wendy's is one of the best in the Twin Cities. Their drive thru is fast, orders are 99% correct, and the food given is what Dave Thomas would be proud to serve.

Every time we go to this Wendys they never fail to disappoint. I have learned to ask for every single thing you need like straws utensils to eat with, sour cream, butter abecausr they seem to think that nobody going thru the drive thru needs anything like this to eat on the go with. So once again the same thing happens today when I go thru. Idiots can't seem to figure this out. I even asked if they put the stuff I asked for in the bag. They told me they did. I get home, guess what? Nothing I asked for is in the bag AGAIN!! My suggestion wud be if u go to the drive thru don't leave until u look in your bag!

I was just in the drive thru and I ordered 4 sandwiches... I only received 3 sandwiches and 1 of them I didn't even order. I repeated my order to Oscar at the window and he repeated it back to me and the things in the bag did not match the receipt. I'm am very angry cause I got charged for a 4 dollar sandwich I didn't even receive. They definitely need to get it together. There was no other cars in the drive thru. I was very patience with them but it is very disappointing paying for something I didn't even receive. Also they don't answer the phone

Ordered 2 large chilis. Got home and saw they were hardly full.

Plastic shield in front of register and employee had a face mask on so it was pretty much impossible to hear a thing she said. Food was given to us in a bag instead of a tray so we had to use our napkins as a plate. No condiments of any kind out for customers. Over not a great experience.
