Check your bag. I used to work at Wendy’s for 2-3 years, it’s not that hard. Had to drive back after getting home several times now. Juan at the cliff road location wouldn’t let this happen. Cliff road Wendy’s is how fast food should be. Pilot knob needs general manager attention ASAP. Call in Don, Dominga, or Juan and whip them into shape.
I ordered two chicken sandwiches and the first one was dry so my neice didn't want hers. I didn't have time to take it back so she called the store. She said someone told her to bring it back and they would replace it.Later that day, I took it back and Jorge said I couldn't have spoken to anyone because they don't have phone service at the store. I explained I wasn’t sure who I spoke to but I still had the sandwich and bag from my previous purchase and I just wanted a fresh sandwich. At the time I didnt know there were two locations in Eagan and my niece probably called the wrong location.Jorge accused me of lying about calling and despite having the sandwich, he refused to help me. I asked for a manager, he then said he was the manager and stop speaking to me through the drive thruI pulled up to the drive thru window and asked for a phone number to speak to a manager that was over him, only to learn he wasn't the manager, the manager was present, but unaware of the incident.I explained to her the issue and she took the sandwich back and gave me a fresh one. While I was speaking to the manager, Jorge and another employee continue to try to argue with me about the issue.This was the worst service ever. I still had the sandwich and the fact gas is a arm and leg, there shouldn't have been arguments to replace the sandwich especially because they don't have phone service. Nor should an employee be allowed to argue with a customer in front of a manager or lie about their position within the company to avoid a complaint.I will never return and I agree with all the other reviews regarding service and quality of food.
Went to this location today for lunch while on a bike ride. Went to the door and it was locked, a patron already inside let us in, from what I understand they had several people call in absent so they closed inside dining.As I walked up to the counter the young man cheerfully took our orders. Food came out quick, hot and fleshly made.As we were leaving I thanked the employees for being there on 4th of July. Thanks again for being there today. I don't know if I would have survived without my Frosty!
Great service and great food. I travel the country and this is one of the very best Wendy’s. Dave would be proud.
Terrible customer service , the drive through cashier kid doesn’t look at the customers or great them well and looking away and don’t smile or welcome every time I come in the afternoon. I had three bad experiences. Not going to that location again. Better do something about the staff in the afternoon
25 minutes in the drive through at 7:30pm just to get 4 frosties. To make it worse there was only 3 other cars.So then to make it worse, the frosties melted while waiting (which they said, not me), then went to go make more. 4 more minutes later they came back and said they were out of strawberry and made me chocolate.To make matters worse this was my second bad experience in a week (different Wendy’s).
Ordered two large fries with what else we ordered, and the two large fries seem to barely add up to even a small fry. Seriously! Wish I would have taken a picture!
Here is a photo of my grilled chicken sandwich with no honey mustard. It’s clearly a Dave’s Single I’m so upset. The gentleman even repeated the order back. Every time I visit this location they give me the wrong items. Last time they forgot my husbands chicken Jr and the time before that forgot our fries and drinks. I called 4 times to get this corrected but they can’t even answer the phone.
When the fries are nice and hot they are very good. I have always Bern fond of wendy8 burgers too.
I ordered two number 5’s. The young man who took my order @8:25am was very nice on the intercom. It’s not the same person who name is on the receipt. When I got the window he was rude, when I asked his a question he would close the window, and when I asked him for a receipt he said what!! On top of it all my sausage patty is burnt. The lemonade, juice and breakfast fries were good.
