No wait staff. You order like fast food. Onion rings are not rings, just floppy onions with a slight coating. Impossible Burger was small, good but small. I had to go hunting for utensils. It was 19.83 for a small tea, Burger, and onion things. Never going back again. Husbands beer from the bar 16oz. 8 dollars plus tip.
Been wanting to try this for a while now. However upon returning home with my order, the onion rings I chose as a side had little to no breading and were complete mush. The burger lacked flavor but was okay compared to the rest. The fried pickles were soggy and appeared to be seasoned yet had no flavor at the same time. The condiments bag had a cup of ranch that the lid was not properly sealed and had spilled out into the bag. Avoid this place at all costs, my total was $27. Definitely way overpriced for the quality of food.
Great store. Safe location. Amazing!
I drove all the way from Richfield to get the 99cent mushrooms in Hy-vee's ad. When I got there they told me the limit was one ? package ? What kind of TOTAL stupidity is that??? I have now forgiven Hy-Vee for not putting a store in my area -(Richfield and/or Bloomington) We'll survive just fine without a Hy Vee?
We got there at about 1pm. The waiter pleasantly explained that both the breakfast menu and the Wahlberg menu's we're available until 2pm.My wife got an everything omelette and I went for a double Wahlburger. Both hit the spot for each of us!Don't let the fact it's attached to a grocery store keep you from trying it. Once your inside you would never realize it.
$10 is a bit pricey for breakfast, but it was good.
I reallllly wanted to like this place, but it more feels like I wasted $37.The good: tater tots, sweet potato tots, chicken fingers, and the chips from the nachos. The bad: Nothing had much for flavor or seasonings, but the texture was on point for a few things, they just didn't taste good. Not bad, just more bland in particular. The OFD burger: came with raw mushrooms, but supposed to be sauteed. When I asked about the mushrooms, the server said that those are just the mushrooms they put on it. He asked if I wanted them to cook them more. I said, "yeah, but they aren't cooked at all..." and asked if they could make it like the way the menu says. He brought it back with sauteed mushrooms. The burger itself was more like a medium rare, (not medium like I ordered) Very greasy, but really did have an overall good texture and the bun was good. There was just like, no seasoning. It mainly just tasted like plain beef. The Mac n Cheese. This had a good creamy texture but my daughter barely had two bites because it didn't taste like anything. It needed some salt and cheese. Texture-wise, it was okay. The nachos: the chips were freshly fried and crispy. The toppings were decent in theory, but again, no real significant flavor. Also, a puddle of grease was left in the bottom of the container because that's how greasy it was.The Street Corn Salad: the chicken was cut into pretty big pieces and on the dry side, but not inedible. There wasn't much for toppings or dressing, for that matter. The lettuce was also cut in fairly large pieces, which is just harder to eat - it definitely could have been chopped better.I wouldn't say I'll never eat at Wahlburger's again, but it will be a different location if I do.
AWEFUL! I ordered 2 super melts and got hard white sandwich bread (not toasted hard, stale hard) with burger meat and cheese... no carmelized onions, no bacon, no pickles, no mustard sauce. REALLY!!! This was a take out order. Bags are sealed when you get them so I didn't rip them open until I got home. No choc. milk for the kids meal. and all burgers were well done despite ordering medium. I also question the price. 3 Our burgers, 2 melts and a kids meal for $75??? I would avoid this establishment.
Absolutely terrible. Stay away from this place and save yourself the disappointment. Comparing this location with the one in MOA is like night and day. Fries were like frozen ones, had no crispy exterior like in MOA. Burger lacked seasoning and was not cooked to temp requested (all four burgers). Truly, I am shocked this place is called Wahlburger…nothing like my previous experiences at the MOA location.
Terrible slow service. I got here and the one guy was chatting to a customer in the bar and totally ignored me. The waitress walked by 3 times without acknowledging me either . I had to shout to get her attention and a menu. The only great person who works here Is Tracy the manager. She pretty much runs the place and when she isn’t here. It’s awful.
