Only drive thru was open due to staffing issues. Placed my order, small and simple. Drove away from the window and checked my food, it was wrong. Had to wait in the drive thru line again to get it corrected. The person taking orders/working the window was very nice but seemed intimidated by her coworker making the food. Then I finally get to eat my food and it's horrible and dried out. The only reason for the one star instead of zero is the person taking orders was very nice.
Very rude manager and vulgar workers. I waited for 5 minutes in front of the counter to get my 2pc of cheesy Fiesta potatoes which they didn't put in the bag of my order. I found it missed when got home. it's not the first time at this location. They were busy, doing something around, but no one asked do we need any help? or maybe we are just watching how they are dancing there? Then, loudly I asked if "anyone works here". So far they call to police. And no potato, no sorry, no my money was returned. CHECK THE VIDEO IN A PHOTOS
Jerry absolutely made my night when I came here, he was very friendly and made me laugh. He cracked jokes, best of which was “ welcome to the only place that out pizzas the hut “ and so on. He absolutely needs a raise or he will get poached.
Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell’s. Conveniently closed on a Friday at 10pm with 7 cars in the drive thru. Change your hours on Google to permanently closed if you don’t want people to visit your restaurant because that is sure what it seems like every single time I try to order food here.
Typical wait before getting to the point of ordering. After giving the go-ahead to order, the person handling the drive-through interrupted partway through with "just a moment." Fifteen minutes later we were still waiting to finish placing the order, with an empty pickup queue ahead and cars piled up behind us. They couldn't give an estimate of the remaining wait time, so we gave up and left at that point.
I visit this Taco Bell often and primarily use the drive thru service. Employees there are polite especially Germaine? Service is quick and accurate.
I am, it turns out, a fair aficionado of Taco Bells, and this is the worst one I have been to. The food is wrong half the time, and today I ordered an order of nacho fries and they told me to pull around to the front because they were waiting on new ones. Fine, I've done that before, but then came a 20 minute wait for fries that never came. And the cashier girl went to the bathroom in the middle of that 20 minutes and saw my car. Horrible. You owe me 3.50, Taco Bell.
Good and convenient place to grab a fast meal or snack. Usually in and out in a few minutes. Inside, ordering by kiosk is a snap. The only drawback I've seen is at the drive-thru which faces the road. When loud trucks go by (very common in Hudson) it's hard for you and the order taker to hear. It's not their fault. Just be patient. It's a bunch of redneck Wisconsin pick up owners. ?
It's fine overall, and the employees at the drive through are usually quite friendly and helpful. But nowadays it's closed more often than not, and at random times. I'm sure it's the same staffing issues everyone's dealing with, but the randomness means I just can't go there anymore since I never know if it will be open. Too bad, too.
It's Taco Bell. The only thing better than the food was the young man at the drive through window. Man, this guy is going places! Keep it up!
