Placed an order on the Subway webpage for this location. The order was taken and the transaction went through. Doordash picked up the order but after half an hour past the delivery time- and the webpage NOT UPDATING even after I got the confirmation of the driver picking up the order-tried calling for an hour-only for the phone to go unanswered, and when visiting the location and speaking to the staff no one could help me track down the missing order only that it had been picked up.After contacting Delivery service-found out the order number I received as proof of transaction wasn't even the correct order number. Got that number and reached out to Subway again-almost a month later I'm still getting a run-around on being told to contact the delivery service while the delivery service is telling me to contact the merchant.I will NEVER order through the Website EVER again. I'll continue to go through Grubhub where at least their transaction number match and they can track their drivers, while being more than helpful in giving refunds for stolen orders and bogus delivery's.
Best option not fast food for lunch.
2 and a half hours and no food after ordering online. 30 plus calls to the store and no answer. Going into the store now to figure out why ive been told by another subway near my house that the managers have told employees not to answer the phone. Updates coming soon. Next will be signs posted around the neighborhood about the terrible service.
Absolutely terrible! No one answers the phone. I had tried to place an order online and got charged when it said it couldn't charge my card. I called to cancel it if anything went through to ask for a refund, and someone so much picked up and hung up without saying a word. 5 other times no one picked up, and then got a loud irritating beep. I had placed an order January 17th and wanted extra mayo on my sandwich and some on the side as well. I got NO mayo on my sandwich and just 1 tiny container on the side. I have walked in once after and worker not wearing a face mask. Never going back to this location again.
Food is great. Service was adequate.
Update to rating: black mold seeping out of the fountain drinks machine. Team present is working hard and is quick to prep meals. Food safety sanitation needs attention.
