I was helped by two fine gentlemen named Max and Jacob. They were so respectful and polite and gave the best footlong on white bread I ever had. These two subway saviors deserve a promotion.
Ordered a 12" chic/bac/ranch sub. It was made correctly. When I wanted chips and a soda, the cashier handed the cup down while pinching the cup wall INSIDE and out! I removed the chips and soda from my order and it was still almost $12.00. Either he was new, or had no food safety training.
Worst Subway experience of my life. The young men working here tonight were super rude and super lazy, absolute insane they got hired! The kid who made my sandwich got it wrong once, then twice and by the 3rd time i just let it go. When I checked out, I had to load up my own bag while the other employee watched me and just starred at me like it was inconvenient I was there. From now on Jersey Mikes gets my money always a fun atmosphere not depressing

Good job this visit. They have gotten some more personable workers of late and the stiffness of the old staff is starting to wear off a little. The owner of this franchise has forced staff to be stingy with toppings and resist customer requests for more. She is very short sighted, as if I am not getting a serving of every topping, going extra on something is not an additional cost, since pricing should be based on people using all garnishes. Anyway - my last experience was good and I didn't have to beg for toppings, so that is the feedback that I will leave.

I went in and I was the only customer. A younger man is working. He is not personable nor is he friendly. I will not be going back to this subway franchise due to poor customer service.
