this location is the most nastiest ones I've ever been to. the server was eating on the line either of them never washed they hands the lady was a rude person u couldn't pay me to eat at this location just horrible the supervisor was arguing with the employee ....never never in a million years a business should be run like that
First off, this is my favorite Subway location. The employees here are always upbeat. In my humble opinion they make the best sandwiches out of all the other Subway locations in the south Metro. If you let them know two people are splitting a sandwich they take the time to build a sandwich with even amounts of toppings across the entire sandwich. Kudos!
As a certified sandwich enthusiast, I have never had a greater experience at a subway establishment than my journeys to this very subway. The sandwich artist at this establishment known as aiden is the kindest and most professional subway worker in the world. He kindly welcomed me into the establishment and made me a delicious sandwich in a short time. I strongly recommend this subway out of other subways and I recommend that you come to this subway and tell Aiden he is a really good sandwich artist.
I ordered online for delivery, and my chips were missed. I called and told them this, but was informed they couldn’t do a refund as there wasn't a manager available and the employee wished me good night. I asked if I was going to be put on hold while she talked to the manager but was hung up on. I called back in and the employee said they could call their manager as there wasn't one there but they said they knew their manager wouldn’t answer them. I drove to the store to get the chips which was what I was avoiding as I ordered delivery. The two employees I was met with were not apologetic, also didn't offer anything else to make things right. I called and left a voice mail for this manager, but I was left with the question on if there was no supervisor, nor manager on duty, then who closes and counts the drawer? I just wanted to order delivery for an easy night in…
This was one of the worst, slowest experiences I’ve ever had. The staff absolutely does not care about their customers. Jim, one of the employees, made me wait in the store for 25 minutes, to take my order. The worst part is that nobody else was in the store, but he insisted on “full filling any online orders that come through” first. If you want food from there, order it online. I will never again go to this store, and it’s easily the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had.
Price is lower than area Subways, but they have a tendency to run out of bread for some reason. Kind of a nuisance when you order mobile and don't find out until after you order that this is the case, but I cut them a little slack because supply chain issues hurt everyone. Service is otherwise swift and friendly
There is someone named aiden working there, he is an absolute chad. Hes so helpful and nice, he makes the best sandwiches. Any sandwich enthusiust should visit and request his services.if hes not the manager he definitly should be.

Extremely slow staff. Just had to wait 35 minutes in line when only 3 people were in front of me. Kept randomly walking to the back while helping a customer. Friendly people but do not go here if you're on a time limit.
I loved it here, the person behind the counter was amazing. I would recommend this place to any sandwich enthusiast.
