So first of all, I love this place. The lobby is large and modern, the staff are friendly, and this is just my favorite coffee shop in Eagan (and beyond). However I have to knock off a star because it’s impossible to know when they are open - the hours for drive thru and dining room change weekly. I know this is mostly out of their control because of staffing shortages but it’s definitely frustrating for all involved. Also, because they have new folks working I’ve had my order made wrong a few times. I’ll never complain to them or ask them to make it again because I get that they are new but I want others to be aware.\\n\\nBest of luck finding more staff and getting things back to to normal again.

The line was pretty long and I wasn't sure if I wanted to sit and wait..... But the line kept moving so there wasn't really to long if a wait. I got just a vanilla iced coffee and it was delicious ? I only wish I could afford to get one every day (thank goodness I had a gift card) love this place ?????

Meh I guess an okay lobby….but the amount of times I had to come back because they gave me the wrong drink is infuriating..and like they don’t even compensate for the time or inconvenience it takes to have to drive back and get the drink that YOU ORDErEd! Be better than me and check ur drink before driving off ?

This location has VERY limited times and no inside ordering. Wanted to be able to walk to location and enjoy the sitting and relaxing inside. Hopefully this issue will improve with time.

The line here always looks long but they are so quick and always has gotten my order correct!

As I find myself spending more time in this area, this Starbucks continues to be a very convenient and comfortable place to meet up with people. It has never been too crowded, matter of fact I don't think I've ever waited behind more than one or two people. Parking is reasonable given how busy the area is and even though I didn't have a spot in the parking lot of couple of times, you can literally walk here from the Hy-Vee parking lot. For what it's worth, there's also a Starbucks in the Hy-Vee

I went through the drive thru here. I was picking up grilled cheese and an espresso Frappuccino. When I got through to pick up my items the woman there didn't let go when I was taking the drink. She loosened her grip like she was letting go so I pulled my arm in. Then she tightens it again and the drink flops into the car and spills. There's also black stuff on the cup on one side just bellow the lid. I am mad. I got no straw, no napkins and no offer for a replacement drink. I'd give 1 star for the gross service and drink, but the grilled cheese was good. I am looking for a refund.

Service was great, my first stop for fresh coffee and moist tasty red velvet cake. And of course I am never disappointed.

NEVER OPENDo not follow the hours they have on Google or their store. It's a waste of time.If they are open, it's the longest slowest line I've even been in.Gave 2 stars because the workers usually have bubbly personalities.

Firstly, They do not have the correct hours posted so you never know when they actually open/close. I’ve tried several different times in the morning and they’re never open - it’s very frustrating. It’s a coffee shop… why is it closed most of the morning?!Secondly, most often my coffee is extremely bitter and is lacking the creamers/flavors besides the espresso shots. I don’t have time to go back through the drive through (indoor is not open yet), and I shouldn’t have to. That’s a lot of money down the drain… but I keep going back because when it’s done properly…it’s so good!Lastly, when they are open, their drive through takes 20-30mins to get through. Sometimes more. It’s the longest wait I’ve ever experienced consistently.I used to love Starbucks but there aren’t any locations nearby that are convenient with a drive through besides this one. The staff is always kind, professional and friendly but everything else needs improvement. I miss the one I went to almost daily when I lived in Iowa.
