Unorganized and slow. They will have multiple associates working but only one barista making drinks during peak time.
This Starbucks is conveniently placed in the front middle of the mall. Very prime location. I've made multiple visits for breakfast drinks and food. I find the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. They take time to help you find a drink that you will enjoy
Went to Starbucks at this location tried a ice chai tea latte some of the staff had a rbf which is ok I know and understand with what they have to deal with some customers expecting them to know whatever fancy drink they make from social media and expect them to know how to make it I had tried a ice chai tea latte with full pumps of hazelnut and it came out good and the Hispanic male offered me that he can make a new one if it’s to sweet for me I’m a bit of a sweet drink of guy myself and was very happy with his teamwork and dedication into helping me trying out something new
Had a quick coffee before the outlet shops opened. Nice they open a little earlier.

Took 10 minutes to get a plan black coffee and I only got it because the 5 people standing behind the counter just talking finally realized that no one made my drink

They were training someone new but they got both me and my friends drinks wrong. When asked about this, they said they were training someone new and that they sometimes don’t notice, and that was it. We left and drank the wrong drinks with devastation.
Staff were loud and acting unprofessional upon arrival. Tables were closed due to covid-19, however a group of 4-5 people were in the corner eating cake and talking without masks which doesn't make sense to me given their posted covid-19 rules.
Extremely friendly and competent staff. Very clean. Covid safe.
