Drive thru only, but good customer service. They were working hard and getting us through the line. So that was good. Thank you Starbucks!

Awesome location. First time here & they made the best Strawberry Frappuccino - just the right amount of flavor. Other locations have been subpar sometimes just bland with too much ice & milk.

I’m a regular Starbucks customer but every other time I come here my drink is wrong even though I know I recited it correctly. It’s really frustrating. Today I ordered a now recalled chicken breakfast sandwich. The person at drive thru didn’t even tell me it was recalled? Proceeded to just ring me up for another sandwich I didn’t ask for and give it to me? Like you couldn’t ask me what I wanted as an alternative? Or maybe let me decide I didn’t want a sandwich at all? It was super strange and ridiculous. I’ll stop going to this one for good. I had to back inside to learn it was recalled after I’d driven away.

Plan ahead note: the drive-thru goes around the back of the strip, so you end up going around the back of the neighboring store and then all the way around to the drive thru window.I have found that this Starbucks tends to run out of items a little quicker than some others (it’s just in a popular area I think), but the baristas always have good solutions and suggestions when they’re out of something. I haven’t been inside, but drive thru has always been good!

10 minutes for an iced coffee? 3 Barista standing around and one making all the drinks very inefficient organization.

5/6/2022 Last star gone :( Cx service tried to give me a free drink but I can't use it because mobile is turned off again. If I send someone else they can't add the points or use them5/5/2022 And today we dock another star for once again having mobile turned off. Understaffed or not there was no one there and a truck blocking the door so no one could be. What does it matter if I'm ordering through the app or at the drive thru? You're literally saying we don't your business unless you are here now it makes no sense to me! The app pushes out expected ready times if the store is busy. This is going to be the best reason to kick this 10 to 20 a dollar day habit. I can't always go myself. This is the only way I can purchase from here. So annoyed.I have extreme anxiety and a lot of times I need my coffee picked up via mobile ordering. I understand they turn it off if they can't meet needs but this meant I ended up at Caribou today so was that really a win? I go to this Starbucks once or twice a day for my 5 shot blonde latte I pay nearly 9$ for. When I can I try to tip and would more often if I could on the app. I need this service to do business with them. The employees are always very friendly and fast here. My coffee always tastes great when they let me order it! Be careful in the parking lot.

Excellent customer service. Great atmosphere, reasonably priced yea I could get use to stopping by this place.

Horrible experience today with the lady in drive threw she said my order back and everything was correct but when we get our items it was all wrong and she was trying to tell me I didn’t say are ask for this are that when I know what I said and asked for she was just rude and as they say the customer is always right! I called in and complained and got my re fund but they need to tell there employees to “DO BETTER”

Couple of weeks ago I had ordered a Venti pour-over coffee in-store at this location. I was informed that this pour-over takes at least 10mins as it's made to order. I agreed, paid and waited.After a good 15-20mins, I asked about my order, and I was informed that the staff had forgotten about my order and apologized and offered to cancel the order and refund me. While I drove this far just to get a cup of coffee I accepted their apology and suggested I'd wait and get my coffee at last.This took additional 15mins to be done and in the end while picking up my coffee their offered me two Service Recovery Cards $4 worth each (the balance on these cards does not expire) for the order issue and my time wasted, which I found was a good gesture. Until today when I ordered a coffee at another Starbucks location in the cities and offered one of those Service Recovery Cards to pay for it, the staff informed me that the card had NO BALANCE in it! I suggested them to check again but was in vain. This was really an EMBARASSING experience for me, standing there in line with people waiting behind me and the card offered by Starbucks itself had no balance in it. The staff at that location apologized to me on behalf the Starbucks' bad service and was embarrassed herself too on hearing the story about the card.So much for being a customer-centric company. And really bad service on this location's behalf. The manager really needs to pay more attention in the day-to-day, I believe, and read all the reviews on here.

They got half my order right. Two of my drinks didn’t even exist. I had two little sips of liquid and the rest was foam.
