Came here today for a drink after long day at work. And look how different between those 2 drink. It’s suppose to look like the 2nd pic with strawberry. It’s cost $4.77 for nothing. I asked for extra ice not extra water. I know I should complain right at that time but it’s was dark outside so I didn’t notice until I drink it taste like water. This place need to train their staff harder. This 3rd times happen to me already.

It is poor form to talk about your customer's order negatively (and with matching eyerolls) when in front of them.
They gave me decaffeinated on purpose. You can't go anywhere nowadays and get good service.
Great customer service when I stopped at this location. However, my drink was so PACKED with ICE, there was barely any beverage in it. I feel like I barely tasted the drink before it was completely gone. Close to just a cup of ice. What a bummer. I’ve never been given a drink like this at the location I typically go to.
My coffee is always waiting when I order ahead using their app.
Staff was excellent despite being busy inside and in the drive through. Drinks were perfect.
