Great pizza and amazing jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. Highly recommend the Buffalo chicken pizza.
Delicious sauce and crust! Will definitely order here again for a special occasion.I recommend getting carryout instead of delivery (the latter seems to be the source of most negative reviews) and also looking into their specials - I got a medium pepperoni pizza free with a large specialty pizza, which is a great deal!
The food is good, i work here. Come and eat some conveinently gourmet pizza!
I have been ordering pizza for years from this location. Very poor service. Delivery was terrible. This is how my pizza's arrived. $45 bucks never again! What a waste of time!
Placed order at 5pm and was told delivery would be about 75 minutes. Called the location at 7pm to ask for a status update and was told they needed another hour (3 hours total). Then, at 8pm, they cancelled my order and didn't notify me (refreshed online tracking to find out). Terrible experience.
I live in Eagan. I ordered my pizza at 5:07 pm and it is 7:34 I still have not received my pizza. They refuse to answer their phone and they left me on hold for 20 minutes when I requested to just have a refund. The phone just ended up hanging up on their end. I will never order from here again.
We ordered 2 pizzas at 5:30pm on a Sunday night, and were told 40-45 minutes for delivery. After an hour, I called and checked on the status. Our pizza was in the oven, and it would be another 30-minutes because they were busy. They did not offer to do anything for us. Pizza was finally delivered at 7:05pm. This isn’t the first time we have had issues. It is a bummer because the pizza is good. The apology we received was unacceptable and we will not order from Sarpinos in the future.
Won't deliver to an apartment- would have been helpful to know in advance.Originally gave 2 stars but the pizza was so good, I had to come back. Also found out the lobby delivery is because of Covid, which makes sense!
This is the 5th time I've called on 5 different nights with no answer during their posted normal hours. So I tried ordering on their website, only to be disappointed with "online ordering not available." Will no longer be wasting my time on this business if they can't answer their phone or be bothered with online orders. Update your hours if you are closed?!
