Deliciousness in a cup!??
Visited Rita’s Italian ice for the first time on Saturday with our grandkids. So good! Very nice employee behind the counter. Greeted us right away and was very helpful with suggestions on what to order. Mango is not a favorite flavor for me but is was delicious!! We all loved our choices and can’t wait to return when the weather warms up. ???

The Eagan location is kind of a hit or miss depending on who is working there. I find service is much better during the week and very clean. The past few times I have gone on the weekend the flavors were mixed amongst each other or there were only 3 flavors of italian ice. I found something chewy in my gelati today. I would suggest heading to the Apple Valley location, at least on the weekend. Rita's in general though is super tasty and always a refreshing treat. The custard is also great.

I love custard so much. It’s one of my favorite places to go when I’m craving some custard. Employees are so nice all the time. They deserve more tips tbh. And customers should be nicer to them. I haven’t seen Jenny in a while she was nice. I hope she’s okay. Anyways good job guys. #WheresJenny
this ritas was subpar lacking flavors and too many teen employees and their friends like a hangout.
The server was phenomenal. I had the twist cone which was smooth and very tasty.
Of all of the Rita's I have visited, this one puts the least amount of custard on their cones every time. So disappointing.
