I was a Chipotle stan and a Qdoba hater. I remember my first time eating Qdoba. I was in the food court of the Eden Prairie mall and we were about to watch the movie 2012 at the AMC. I hadn't eaten dinner yet and my mom gave me a 20 that day. I looked at the menu of Qdoba and it seemed like another Chipotle. I ordered a similar bowl to what I would always get at Chipotle. Chicken, extra rice, tortilla on the side, guacamole, pico, cheese, and lettuce. They didn't have lettuce at the time so I had to get the fajita vegetables. I took one bite and was in disgust. It was in the uncanny valley of what texmax might taste like if it were prepared by someone in Wisconsin making a bowl of what his friend made him from Nebraska who had texmex once at the Chicago O'hare airport. I vowed to never have Qdoba again, even if it was the only thing I could eat in the apocalypse. Well a decade later, I had it maybe once or twice. Today a friend told me that I had to get the Sweet and Spicy chicken. So reluctantly I decided to try it and my mind was blown. I will NEVER order from Chipotle again. It's like your expectations for when the new Jumanji movie came out and the same result leaving the theater mind boggled. First, I saw the new lime Shrimp on the menu. "Okay cool, that's nice" I said to myself. Then I started going through checkout: Free Guac, Tortilla Chip Topping, New Sauces, and more. All for only maybe .50 more than Chipotle. Chipotle took fresh limes from us (you have to request them now), they kept on raising the price of guac, having a tortilla on the side was extra, and throughout all this time they just released like one actually good flavor this year? Chipotle has gotten too comfortable and now Qdoba wins 10/10 on every front. Now when I go to the food court in the Eden Prairie mall, I will be getting Qdoba now and forever and always. (Do they still serve that there?)

The in store experience was o.k. They didn't have enough of the protein of my interest available (at least enough of the quantity required to fill one order) when ordering in-store, and they didn't even suggest to wait while they made it available. The folks there didn't seem very interested in taking orders. Hopefully the services improve over time. The food was the usual Qdoba. It was nice and tasty.

Food was good but the staff was far from welcoming or even paying attention. Customers repeated orders multiple times & my order was wrong. We went to try something different than chipotle since their service has been terrible lately. Not impressed with either place.

I don't even know where to start, hours on door, do not match with the hours you can go in. You never know when it's online order only, how can I order online, but not go in and order. On the rare occasion you can go in, half the stuff I want they are out of, no brisket, no queso, no sour cream. And who's idea was it to get rid of regular onions, and substitute it with those nasty pickled pink onions?

Friendly service, plenty of room in the dining area, and plenty of tasty food & beverages. I appreciate the fact that their business is open regular business hours allow for delivery if necessary.

Isaiah and his team did a great job for our catering needs of around 50 people. I had to make several adjustments and Isaiah was extremely accommodating, understanding and patient. Read through our order several times to humor me. I can't recommend him and his staff enough.

Finally had to stop coming here. For many years it was a great place, service was fantastic, and the food was good. I work in Eagan so it was a favorite lunch spot for me and my coworkers.Unfortunately, like the other recent reviews here, I've found that things have gone way down hill in recent months. Unreliable hours, and very poor service. Please bring back the good service you used to provide here!

Tried to go inside to order, was told there was only online ordering. I was fine with that but one employee looked at me confused like he didn't know what the other was talking about. The other customers that were eating in the store also looked confused when I was told online only. I then left and as I left some others came into the store and ordered right there without an online order. I was very upset and just went somewhere else instead. I will not be returning and I will not be using Qdoba as a catering service either. I used Qdoba as a catering service for years for conference I have hosted and will no longer be using them going forward. Very disappointed.

This location is inconsistent with its hours, customer service and food quality. Some days you come in and are served good food immediately, other days it's the opposite. We came here last night for the Qdoba for Kindness BOGO deal and there were at least 4 people working up front but they were only taking online orders and the employees did not seem to be doing anything even, though we could see several tickets waiting and other people who ordered before us waiting for their food. None of the employees at the counter were doing anything to make these orders. They were just standing around and talking. We ended up leaving because it was not worth the wait. That being said, however, the GM of this location is always friendly and helpful whenever I've interacted with him but he obviously cannot be there all the time.We love Qdoba in this house, but this location is almost always a let down.

This place is a joke. When we went in to get dinner we were told that they’re doing online orders only and laughed at us. There were 3 employees sitting behind the the counter with their hoods up laughing on their phones with only 2 customers in the store. How unprofessional, I can’t believe how low the standards are for staff in this generation. Save yourself the trip of even going here and go to the one in West St. Paul.
