Woke=Broke, this place is so left leaning they permanently lost a customer due to their mask requirements. I actually had an employee argue with me about needing a medical grade mask and refused to serve me! Talked to the Franchise branch manager and didn't care!
Ordered 3 items, only receivedv2 of 3 in my package, when I called asking for a refund of the item they did not give me they were Unable to Refund... could leave a note for the boss who will be in sometime Next Week!! I've Never offered any business a bad review. Would never complain about poor service BUT STEALING PEOPLES MONEY & REFUSING TO REFUND IS BEYOND MY PATIENCE
Walked in and 4 employees doing nothing. However there was a blocked walkway with signs saying you have to order online.This is ridiculous!!Watched numerous people walk in and walk back out when they saw the order online sign.This location will be closed soon. Enjoy it while you can.Bathroom was absolutely disgusting!!Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere!!!
I absolutely love Potbelly but I will never return to this location! We walked into the door and there were four or five crew members standing behind the counter, the line to place your order was blocked and there was a sign there. That said we are only taking online orders. But yet there was four workers standing behind the counter doing nothing, they saw us walk in and not one of them acknowledged us, even when we walked up to the register, they would simply walk by, look at you and continue walking. . Absolutely deplorable service here!Also, The bathroom was beyond disgusting, paper towels and toilet paper on the floor, the sink was filthy and the toilet has not been cleaned in weeks it looks like. I am going to report this to the health department because this is absolutely nasty..
Same motif as all your other Potbelly shops and of course your favorite sandwiches. The Wreck is my go to. Staff here are nice and do their best to make sure you get a delicious meal.

I wish I could blame pandemic/staffing hardships on this review but I can’t. You have some older gentlemen leading 4 awkward teenage boys, all with their heads down and not talking to each other spending 20 mins to make a salad. There’s no music playing here and no ambience. One of these kids has his bro coming in and out to make gas station runs for him—glad they have the time to chit chat! Ope! And they just decided to put up a closed sign “due to staffing shortage” at 2pm on a Sunday. Yet, still 4 teenage boys just chillin behind the counter with 0 orders to fulfill. Don’t disservice yourself, go somewhere else.
Today was the final straw for this location. They have been so erratic with their hours and communication that they've lost another customer. I understand staffing issues and the pandemic and blah blah blah. Literally everyone is living through it and the successful restaurants have figured it out. So tired of calling their number, getting their hours and then traveling there to find the doors locked with a sign on the door. If you are going to answer the phone and tell me your hours today (2-9-22) are from 4pm to 9pm then you better have your fricking doors unlocked! That's it, there are way too many choices for a sub sandwich. I wonder what will move into your space when you close up?
The Eagan location needs to figure it out. The temporary store hours and only allowing online ordering is really irritating. Every time I come people are walking out the door because everything is so inconsistent with being able to just walk in and order.Most of the time there are 4-5 people working so why you’re only doing online ordering makes no sense.
Sometimes closed totally, sometimes closed unless you order online first. You never know until you show up. At this point I just go next door to qdoba to skip the hassle. I think what it says on potbelly.com is accurate and the store is closed today. IDK anymore.
