Delivery driver was nice and brought our pizza to our hotel room. The problem was that our pizza was a disaster. It was literally all over the place and it was overdone and burnt. We were so hungry so we just sucked it up and ate it. Maybe it was because we ordered near closing time? Definitely not worth the $27. Will not order from here again.

I would have gave this place a ZERO of it wasn't for Nick the manager!Cool collective dude, after my pizza arrived folded in half I called to complain but my girlfriend goes way harder then me and she wanted a refund and a new pizza and he handled it way better then I would have.He got a bright future lol

Extremely poor service. Estimated delivery time 25-35 minutes. I call nearly an hour later and get no apology, just excuses telling me it's on its way. After an hour has passed, driver calls me apologizing with excuses about being short staffed and no one wanting to work. Finally arrives with order... Missing paid for items!!! Food is no longer even freshly made. I'll stick with Domino's for at least the two times they made an error, I was immediately compensated for the error with genuine apology and zero excuses.

The pizzas are very good and cheap. A Large pepperoni pizza (the largest) was less than $7, but my 2 kids ate it! I had to order another one for my wife and myself

We ordered the spicy pepperoni and added sausage, but didn’t get it. Also, the hand tossed crust was bland and rather tough. Same with the breadsticks. They were never like that before. Tough to chew.

Our pizza arrived faster than expected, which was fantastic. But then the pizza was made incorrectly. We ordered a white sauce with mushrooms and black olives on one side, but it arrived with a red sauce and mushrooms on the whole pizza. We also ordered beef on it, but it came with sausage.

Pizza hut makes a good affordable pizza and I appreciate your service. Everything went smooth. There are other pizza merchants who make better quality pizza but they also cost more. Sometimes I prefer to pay more for higher quality. But I do appreciate pizza hut

Grenada ave location has horrible cleanliness practices..cook doesn't wash his hands

My initial gripe was placing an order for delivery twice but getting called that they have no delivery drivers. I was compensated for this by luckily not having to try and call the store. The number either routes to a call center or continues to ring and ring.Then on my third attempt I went in for carryout which makes me incredibly uncomfortable right now as I'm pregnant and trying not to get sick. The cinnamon rolls were burned and the boneless wings were hardly tossed in their sauce. I believe this was made by the man in flannel who seems to always be running the counter and I think his name is Andy. I was again compensated for this. My fourth attempt I decided to try curbside contact less. After 20 minutes of waiting after the ready time I tried to call but again it just rang. So I tried to wait until the lobby was clear to mask up and head inside. My interaction with Andy went poorly. I explained I was upset that no one tried to call me to let me know I needed to wait longer. I had no clue if my food was sitting there getting cold. And I didn't want to go in currently at risk. He claimed it wasn't done (I could see my wings done and up in the fryer basket and the only other thing was a small cheese pizza) and they were too busy to call. I pressed I didn't want to come in and Andy walked away. Originally I turned to the door but decided to cancel my order. Not worth getting bad food after that or getting compensated yet again. Unfortunately I had to shout in the restaurant to get the third employee I had seen at the store to come from the back to refund my order. If there are 3 people there how couldn't one call me? The black bearded guy who helped me with a refund wasn't sorry or overly friendly but he wasn't as rude as Andy.

Is there a way to give them negative stars? Ordered on their website. While paying, the site almost crashed and then delivery time changed to 3 hours +.Trying to even see if they had my order, or changing my order to pickup was impossible, BECAUSE NO ONE IN THE STORE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Fire every person in this store for morbid incompetence!Your "food" isn't good enough to inconvenience customers in any way. Having no store is better than experiencing this BS.
