Wish I could give ZERO stars. HORRIBLE!!!!!! We ordered through door dash, we received 2 of the 4 items we ordered. I called to get refunded for WHAT I PAID FOR AND DIDN’T RECEIVE, doesn’t seem unreasonable…no one would answer and when they did they picked up and hung up so they didn’t have to deal with customers…we had to drive there (removing the convenience of door dash…) and still never got refunded for what we didn’t get!!!! Will NEVER order from here again!!!!
The gal must have been in a bad mood. She was short and uninterested in helping me. But she made sure to tell me not to park in front of the store. I wasn't I was dropped off the car wasn't ever in park. You can just tell when someone is burnt out and dead set on being passive aggressively rude.
Take 'n Bake, this is it! Good pizza, good pricing, good value. Now, if only they had beer!
Typically a good experience however on New Years Eve, the pizza was going out fast and the dough was not proofed. The end product out our oven was not good.

Our pizzas were modified to remove items and none of our modifications were made. See photo for an example. I did not order black olives.
Orders the pumpkin shaped pizza online, family size and went to pick it up, they claimed it was ordered as a walk in which it wasn’t. It was set for a 6:45 pick up. I got the pizza home and thought it looked a bit small for a family size and went to measure it and sure enough it was a large. $16 for a large is a complete rip-off. Decided to write my review here while waiting to hear back from someone at Papa Murphy’s for either a refund or a new pizza.

I don’t often take the time to right a review for restaurants. Especially for corporate stores like Papa Murphy’s. I was just very impressed with the service provided by the specific employee. I wish we would have caught her name but we didn’t. She was younger with dark long hair. We came in on Wednesday at 7pm. The attention to detail in the pizza she built for us was beyond impressive. It was so refreshing to see a young person actually take pride in their job and our attention to detail. As simple and trivial as that may sound. She deserves a raise, and or a promotion.
