I got some pizza here and the pizza was ok. The deal was OK but there wasn't as many ingredients to choose from. Also it added surcharges for simple things when it was up to a 5 topping pizza for the deal. Overpriced for what it is. Little Caesars is just as good for cheaper.
Got duped into a price , ended up $5 more, and delivery person said he had same problems all nite, but I tiped him because not the person gave me original total
Popped in here before a job interview to get pizza. We ended up eating at the place. There is a comfy bench to sit at and the pizza is excellent straight out of the oven. Nice goopy cheese and the crust is super light.
Promised weekly paychecks but it's withhold for 3 weeks before you get paid this location is a sinking ship and was not a fan of being talked down apon like l don't know anything each time l came in to work
We've ordered from this location multiple times and never had a problem, always consistent and never had issues going back. Tonight we ordered carryout and apparently they weren't impressed with the tip and waited until the door was almost shut to loudly complain and sarcastically comment on the "great" tip. I don't care what it tastes like, this is 1 star for sure. Had this been delivery, I guess maybe I can see them being upset but this is carryout. Either accept the tip for throwing a mediocre pizza in the oven or complain about the tip to our face and dont wait until the door is almost shut and make loud passive aggressive comments. There's plenty of other food nearby I dont really feel like supporting them any further.
My family and I got covid and we really wanted a good pizza after days if soup. I placed my order at 6:40 on a Sunday night (so after the dinner rush) and my wait time is 114 minutes+. In what world will it take nearly 2 hours to make 1 pizza and deliver it less than a mile?I should have read the reviews from this location before I wasted my time and my money.
Got a pizza smashed up against the side and when I call they were like what do you want me to do ..... make me a new pizza and make it right handle with care if it was my side I probably wouldn't care but it was my kids side of the pizza horrible customer service never ordering from this papa John's again
