They haven't had raw sugar or normal sugar in 4 days and no pepper, and the microwave has been dirty all week (in the morning). How can you be a coffee shop, and not have sugar?

When I walked into Panera, there was being super inhumane to the workers. After she left (she ordered a meal to the wrong store lol) Garrett was very polite and the annoying lady needs to learn how to be a decent human

Panera is normally one of my favorite resturants, but after ordering at this location, I won't be returning. Our group soup was 3/4s of the way full, and a majority of it was broth. Only one scoop of noodles and chicken. My partner recived the wrong soup, and we only received 3 bagettes even though we ordered extra. I tried calling the resturant several times only to have the line ring until it hung up. I finally reached out to corporate for a solution. I know that times are hard right now, but when I'm paying so much for food, I expect better.

I usually like the food here, but I was disappointed today. I had a craving for chicken noodle soup, which they had on the menu, but there wasn't any chicken in the soup itself. Maybe rename it to noodle soup? I guess it could be chicken broth noodle soup.

The drive thru has been closed for at least a month. You would think it would be more cost efficient to have the drive thru open instead of the dining area. I attempt to go after a work out and do not want to enter the store all sweaty and gross. If you’re going to advertise a drive thru- at least have it open.

Sometimes it's good, Sometimes it isn't. Just inconsistent. The worry I have is the little attention paid to overall cleaning. Dusty base boards. Darkening bathrooms. Sticky handles. The food is hit or miss depending on who is in charge of caring about it. The employees have never been rude or out of line.

Had a horrible customer service experience today with a girl who claimed to be a manager and then with Garrett who became rude and unprofessional as soon as I said we have a serious customer service issue today. Instead of addressing professionally, he withdrew. He should not answer phones or work in customer service. This will be addressed further.

There sandwiches are so darn fresh!! And unique selections too like a macaroni sandwich of all things!! There very busy during lunch hours and it's hard to place a order directly from them. Better to use uber eats than there own personal site has been my experience.

I used to love Panera. Now everything you order is in to go containers, despite dining in. And it's unrelated to COVID as their drive thru is closed as well so everyone is congregating in the restaurant anyways. I think Panera realized the to go containers were a great option as they can have meals prepared ahead of time, which is evident by their poor salads (used to be my favorite) and sandwiches that feel soft like they were microwaved, not freshly toasted. Very upsetting to say the least.
