Food is good. However, there is a consistent lack of customer service. Placed a curbside order yesterday. My order was ready, according to the app. But I waited out in the car for almost 10 mins before I went inside.A woman saw me but did not acknowledge me. I had to wave down another employee because my order wasn’t at the pickup counter either.Few mins later, somebody was able to hand over the order to me and the bag was sitting next to that woman who did not acknowledge me the entire time!What a joke! I will not be returning to this location!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!! Adrian was an amazing employee and was very kind to us! He deserves a big raise for all the work he is putting in at this noodles and company!! Really appreciate all Adrian did! Service was very quick and food was wonderful.
I'm guess I like the old fashioned way of going into a restaurant and ordering my food. I'm tired of going into an OPEN restaurant and being told that I have to place my order online, WHY you are open and I walked in so why can't you take my order?????
I really like Noodles and Company but this location could be cleaner and the staff could not have been much less motivated.
Great food wonderful customer service. Dine area was clean. Food was served warm read to eat as it got to our table. Awesome kids menu available for the young ones.
My 3 yr old ordered kids Mac and cheese with broccoli, rice crispy and orange juice. They gave us kids Mac and cheese, milk, rice crispy, apple sauce and no broccoli. When I asked for the broccoli, they said they want an apple sauce or rice crispy back in exchange for giving us our order. We will not be back.
Great customer service! Accidentally over charged me for 2 bowls & gave me a refund right away but I still got both entrees.
I like Noodles and Company especially because you cannow choose califlower noodles making the meals even healthier.
They never get my order wrong. Always friendly staff.
