The Eagan Cliff Rd location never gets it right, a month ago I was there ordered a sausage egg biscuit, that’s it nothing else I received a sausage biscuit, today I was there ordered a sausage egg biscuit, I received a egg cheese biscuit, I can’t eat cheese so I know I didn’t order that, I was in the drive thru and left before I knew, not going back but if you want the correct ordered items you definitely need to check your order prior to leaving….?
I have recieved the wrong order more than 10 times in the past 6 months from this mcdonalds. No issues ordering from other mcdonalds.
I went this morning to have breakfast with my family and what a terrible service I received, the food they gave me was bad and I asked for my coffee with milk and they gave me only cold coffee, and I asked for my food to eat inside and they left it in a bag and not even Although they called us, I talked to the manager about the cold burritos and she said that now those were the rules, what an ugly service, and what a bad attitude the workers and managers have.
I just watched the manager give an elderly lady issues for asking for a cup of water. She even had to pay for a cup of soda, just so she could get water… and then she really got water!This location will not take your order at the counter. You must use the kiosk. But when the kiosk wouldn’t let me add extra cheese to my order, the same manager rolled her eyes at me, and while standing at her own register, told me how to go back and manipulate the kiosk.I never applied for a job here… I DON’T WORK HERE. It would have taken her 10 seconds to punch in my order. It took me several minutes, and I still didn’t get what I asked for. My order was wrong.
The worst crew here. Drive through was packed so I went in to order. No one even acknowledged me, just walked right on by. After 10 minutes i asked if someone was going to take my order...well apparently you have to do it on an app there which I wasn't aware of. But the blatant rudeness was gross. I just left....and will never be back.
There was a middle-aged woman working tonight (05/03/2022) who was the sweetest lady ever. I’m not sure who’s made my food but I asked for light pickle as an extra on my filet o fish. I received 8 pickles on my filet o fish. :( only reason why I’m rating it the way it is
Me and my son ordered 2 large french fries and drinks, rather we got two small french fries. We ask why? The five people in the resturat start laughing and they say are out of rench Fries.The worst service, a goup of Teenagers.
Been here a couple of times, got my food hot and fresh :)
Customer service sucks, the don't give the the items you order . You should avoid going to eat at this McDonald's at all costs. Here address.
Had a staff member literally yell at me when there was a little confusion with my order. They screamed at me to pull up to the next window, but there were cars in line ahead of me. I could not pull up at all.I understand it was a busy time of the day, but that doesn't warrant this kind of attitude. Honestly surprised as this was the first time I've been treated this way at any fast food establishment.
