I supervise a group home and needed a gift card reloaded for a resident. Twice I sent staff there today to reload it and staff came back saying they had treated her rudely & the McDonald's staff could not figure out how reload the card. So I went, asked for a manager and explained the problem and that this was not the first time their employees did not know how to reload a card. He said they could reload it for any amount but that I had not been there today to do so, in a very smart aleck tone. I assured him my staff had been and he again said no they hadn't & that he had been there all day, but that he would reload it. I wanted $25 reloaded. He went to the register and first typed in $15. I corrected him that I wanted $25, he then typed in $30 and under his breath said why is it doing that. With a smile on my face I said "Good machine". He then told me to leave because I was treating him rudely. I replied that I only was saying good machine and he again told me to leave. As I turned to leave he said, "That will be $25". I will not be returning to this store.
Every other time I go I have an issue, I pull up to drivethru and sit there for at least 3-4 minutes and nothing happens. I pull up to the window and they say the computer is down. When I do get my food the sandwich is out of the wrapper in the bag, they can’t even take the couple of seconds to let us know the computers are down or package your food properly.

The lady at the drive through cashier window was very nice, but the guy bringing my food to the car was horrible. He schlepped himself out to my car while looking at his phone the whole time. If his shoes would've had laces, you could've tied them while he was crawling towards my car. He never took his eyes off his phone, handing me my food without saying a word, turning around schlepping back. Horrible!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE. The place is a mess, service is terrible. We didn't get a drink, a fry, or any sauces. No condiments on some of the burgers. It'd be faster for you to eat at a sit down restaurant. Sorry I threw a cheeseburger (which should have been a hamburger) at the window. My annoyance got the best of me.
Please fire all of your lazy employees and replace with people who actually want to work. I live 3 minutes away from this place and decided to use Uber Eats to deliver food at 9p.m and I literally waited an hour for these incompetent people to make 3 things. Needless to say my food came cold and the order was WRONG. How do you mess up such a simple order? I've had the same experience here more than once, and I will never come to this location again after tonight. Thank your lazy staff.
Was the worse McDonald's experience me and my family had. Spilled Hi-C on my mom, didn't even give her napkins to atleast wipe it off. No straws, and the cheeseburger was cold. At least they made it right but was cold. I work at a McDonald's and personally the worse I've ever seen. My family are on vacation and wanted to eat after we went to the outlet mall. Would not recommend
Service was quick and the food was hot. They got the order correct. I had to make sure I was rating the right place based on the most recent feedback. Feels like they deserve
Took 30 minutes just to place an order in the drive through. The kid taking orders didn't know how to work the register. Had to repeat the order atleast 7 times. Received the wrong order in the end. Decided to eat the wrong order anyway. The food was legit cold, completely smashed, and had about 5 times the sauce. Fork You McDonald's.
I showed up to get breakfast before work I work at the mall nearby. I was at the microphone for maybe 6 minutes before I decided to pull forward to the window to place my order. Are you guys waiting for me to drive away? I know breakfast ends at 11:30 so I get here at 11:20 and they just refuse to take my order until 11:29. I know it gets busy and you need time to make food but you can also take down my order so that the kitchen will actually start making in time if I'm at the microphone for that long.
