Worst fast food experience. I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes while all the cars on the other side went through. Pulled up and ordered my food at the window. Where did some more… Then somebody came out and said that they only had enough breakfast items for other people and not me. 30 minutes of crappy service and I didn’t even get anything when I left. How disappointing… No beyond disappointing. Just crappy.
I understand that this is McDonald's, but this one went from the better Eagan location to being just as bad as the other one. I work with Doordash, and each time I pick up an order, there's this woman working. I'm gonna assume she's a manager but I'm not sure. She's talking to these employees like they're nothing. She said "As soon as the other manager comes, I'm leaving because I literally can't do this s*** anymore." Like, why would you talk to your employees like this? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I usually grab a late bite typically McDonald's. This one was a 24-hour location. Please tell me... I am not the only person in MN that wants ice tea and/or ice cream after 9:00 pm. If I am #1) pardon me and #2) I don't believe you. To the locations that close at 10:00 pm, please don't shut down the ice cream machine and dump the ice tea. Do you dump all the coffee and shut off the deep fryers? I bet not. I prefer ice tea to coffee and ice cream to fries. You didn't get my $10, Culver's did! Have you ever done a cost anaIysis? If not, it might be helpful. Then people working the drive-thru can actually use words to answer the customer. Rather than shrug shoulders & mumble what I think was, ”I don't know why”. I'll tell you why you close them at least an hour early, because it's 2 machines you can close & clean before you actually close (hoping no one will care). Well, the ice tea and ice cream people care. And, until you change, at least give the customer a true answer. Until you change it I'll just give my money to another, more-conscienious business.

McDonald's is an ultimate place where we all like to go for lunch dinner snack whatever you're craving. I was in the mood for a quarter pounder cheeseburger and large fries as always hot and fresh, and best customer service ever drive through was a little bit long but everybody was friendly and easy going.
SERVICE SUCKS.. Dude rushed my girl with her order an then got upset when I wanted to add more at the window. Literally didn't buy anything else simply cuz the guy was so rude
They got my oder messed up.me and my cousin went to this place we ordered a French fries but didn’t get until after we called them again .They take forever to give u ur food. I do not recommend this place
This’ the closest Mickey’s D now from my house since the other one on Diffley Road is now closed. It’s an ok Mickey’s D. Nothing too special about it. Food and service is average. But the soda, ice cream, shakes and pocket pies are the best! I don’t come here too often since I’m a Taco Bell guy. Well anyway, see ya soon Town Center Mickey D’s!
Thank you all for properly wearing masks. We felt safe getting take out. Much appreciated!
Says 24/7 came through the drive through, closed until 6am. So change your hours on Google then! Unless you’re scamming McDonald’s telling them you’re open 24/7 but put a sign on so that you can sleep. The lights and everything was on even the menu. Shut off your lights and change the hours….
