Love the pot stickers but had to tell the manager to put ice in their soda machine and he took his time
My family has been going here for the past couple years due to the assistant manager Chantha! She is awesome and welcoming when we come to order our food. Our food is always fresh and she's always sweet to our daughters. They are so lucky to have such a great person working at there establishment! Thank you Chantha for being so amazing?
Sorry to this LAC! I mobile ordered and left a moderate review when prompted because I thought I was missing sauce. Owed it to at least come here and put in the review that it should have been.My food was prepared and presented beautifully. The teller was fast and friendly. Enough so to not leave me sitting in the rain for their automated message. And they gave me my sauce!!
I've been going to this location for about 4 years on and off. It's been up and down since day one, but in the last two years it has rapidly declined in terms of quality of food. I get the same order every time: grilled burbon chicken, veggie mix, white rice, 2 egg rolls. In my experience during my last 8 out of 10 visits: chicken was under cooked, pink, and rubbery; veggies are either under or overcooked, unseasoned, often old / wilted / rotten. Even the white rice is sometimes overcooked or just old / not fresh. Eggrolls are inconsistent in terms of cook, filling, size, skin crispiness, etc. Never had any issues with staff. Some have been there since I started going here and they are nice / friendly. Shame because the 2 out of 10 times that everything's done correctly its spot on but just can't recommend this location based on overall, and especially recent, experiences.I do understand and consider the fact that many places are short staffed due to pandemic conditions. That's partly why I included some of my history with this location. Prior to Covid I might have given this two stars, and would say maybe 4 out of 10 orders were cooked correctly.
Delicious, hot, fresh food for a reasonable price!! I will definitely be going back to this Leeann Chin location again!!
Leaan chins you need to make your employees better, I had a door dash order and your employee said in a rude way that he wouldn’t give me the food because I didn’t have a hot bag, he said next time I come in there I can’t get the food which means, he’s messing with my money, his a skinny white boy with tattoos and ginger hair, fix your problem, i just started door dash today and he said he doesn’t care if i get paid or not.
Went in today and the place is going down hill honestly wouldn’t recommend this location. There is literally a so much better location on Pilot Knob Road. Food wasn’t fresh and the girl literally refused to make anything fresh. I’m guessing because there were no other employees to be found. Whoever manages this location needs to get it together!
This is one of our go to’s for fast food, and normally, the food is ok and the staff very friendly but today, I ordered the firecracker shrimp and it was AWFUL. I’ve never had shrimp jerky before but I guess today is the day that Leeann Chin decided I should. The shrimp was chewy, dry, shriveled up and the outer layer fried batter is overly covered in the sauce/syrup and fried to the point where the syrup has hardened. The ends are like taffy basically,I don’t take pleasure in writing a bad review but today I just had to. Sorry, but if you want shrimp, have the Walnut Shrimp from Panda Express. They’re pretty consistent with the quality of their food.
Tasty, affordable, Chinese takeout. They have a very convenient drive-thru, and a great rewards program through their app. The staff have always been friendly and responsive. Color us very satisfied.
