Amazing customer service. I came in 5 mins before closing (not knowing when they close) and these guys didn't turn me down, instead were incredibly willing to help me get my order in the nick of time- being open to prep whatever I was hoping to order. Talk about lasting positive impressions. These guys have it down.
Ordered curbside pickup, lady came out visibly annoyed and told us “next time go through the drive though..It makes our lives a lot easier…I’m trying to get rid of this whole thing.” And pointed to the curbside pickup sign and walked away. There won’t be a next time at this location.
They need to change there hours on the website says open until 8 went there 7:15 closed Can't get Jimmy John's after 7 pm wow bet your losing a lot of business
These guys were busy but they are always courteous and the food was very good. Priced right!
No online ordering and they don't answer their phone. What's the point of JJ if you can't get it delivered?
Today 1/25/22 Covid is very contagious for the guys making the sandwiches not to be wearing their masks.

Ordered 4 sandwiches two were wrong when called to get correct sandwiches staff was very rude and came to my home and demanded sandwiches back without bring new sandwiches when gave the sandwiches back he demanded the box he had put all sandwiches in......I gave him the box and all the food and asked for refund.....he just drove off so I went to location and was threatening by the driver and staff had to restrain him back from trying to jumping over counter and to hit or attack me.............he said he had lots of complaints on him that day and couldn't deal with another one. I left and will never come back lost out on close to 50$
Our Granddaughter is Celiac. When she placed her order and mentioned that the staff immediatley went into assuring us of their procedure. We felt the staff was AWESOME. If you are Celiac and want a sandwich go here with confidence.
The staff was so efficient and food delicious. There were no mistakes with the order at all. I’d recommend this location!
