It's annoying that the dining room is not open. And even though they are under staffed, the crew is pleasant. I had an issue recently and even though they could not find my info in the office, they still made good on their mistake. Great job guys!!! Seth was a rock star!!!
I went home to have lunch with my wife. We ordered at 11:30am, the app said it was out for delivery at 12:25, I left for work at 1:00pm and the two sandwiches still hadn't arrived. We only live 2 miles away. I called before I left for work and the guy on the phone just said "We're really busy, it's its on its way". No apology or anything. I don't blame the workers, but if it is going to take over an hour and a half, maybe have a note online about it, or stop delivery for a while. Very poor business model.
Lobby closed. Still take credit cards away from site of view. This is the third time I've been to this place and it's been nothing but screw-ups.

Absolutely worst service, missing product. Late delivering, then 1 hour 20 min to deliver missing sandwich.. driver lied to manager about the situation.. and Hey!! Not the first time!!
Pretty sure this location is closed. They haven't been staffed every time I have tried to visit/order with a sign on the door stating they are closed that day.

I had ordered online on New Years Eve between 4-4:30pm and I totally understand that most places close early because of the holiday, however I didn’t know until after I made my order, paid and checked that my order was confirmed through the tracker, that they closed at 4pm when I got there at 4:25pm. I could still see people working in there and when I had called no one picked up until the second time and the guy who answered rudely said “we’re closed” not really giving me a chance to explain why I called so I gave him the sameenergy because it’s so frustrating to have paid for food that I was excited about then to end up not getting my order. He did however took myinformation and told me that I’d get a refund the next day, so hopefully I do. Whoever the guy was that picked up the phone should really work on his customer service skills…
Picked up an order tonight. The employee was very rude and acted like I was bothering him for ordering a sandwich.
Great bread. Tried the new beef & bleu sandwich. Very good. Handy drive thru window.
