This is my local Carbone's so I'm leaving my review with them, even though I have ate at multiple locations. The food and service is always outstanding regardless of the location. My personal recommendation is the 5 topping house special + sauerkraut. I know what you're thinking, but if you like sauerkraut you will really like it on this pie.
When ordering my pizza they would not honor the online coupons, they charged more then their online prices... I didn't not get what I ordered and when I talked to management, they said they were under new management... They couldn't honor anything online... They said new owners would call and I waited months and nothing!!! Not a way to run a business!!! Will never order again!!! We lived in Hudson wis and ordered all the time!!! Moved here and was excited!!! Now disappointed ? sad business owners....

Delivery was 30 minutes late to our hotel 100 yards away, but this place is still a solid 5 stars. The delivery driver was super nice and the pizza was absolutely stellar. Bonus points for serving sides of marinara in huge containers (close to 8oz I'd guess) instead of the lackluster 1.5oz ones most shops use.
Ridiculous wait times.25 minute wait took more than an hour.No offer of a discount.Just sit and wait for food that was supposed to be ready half hour ago.Don’t bother ordering ahead if you’re hungry.You’ll still end up sitting watching their t.v’s
Didn't know it changed ownership till I got their.orderd some dry rub cajun wings to start.server came back and said no more dry wings being served.ok. ordered the best pizza that's made at restaurant.not even close to original.sausage no good.sauce horrible.everything different.i suggest you get back to original owner and ask how he made pizza.if you dont I think your doomed.just trying to help.
Carbones is one of our go-to pizza places in town! They are very accommodating and the food is always great. If there has ever been something negative in our experience they have made it right. Food made in a timely way and it's exactly what you ordered. Deep Dish is soft and fluffy, I always get the mini and it's a perfect size for me. Spring for the cheesy bread and definitely the marinara cup. We love it!
I personally didn't care for their spaghetti sauce but the Mariana with the cheese bread was good. Pizza sand which was good
Had a meat lovers pizza delivered to our hotel after a long trip. It was delicious lots of toppings plenty of cheese and sauce. Delivery person was very nice. !!
