Out of nitro, different year same story. My husband's coffee was cold when he ordered a regular coffee. 20 minute wait. Going back to Caribu!
Highly disappointed lately. I usually get the same thing every few days. From Monday to Thursday the price for the exact same items was $4 more than on Monday. No one could give me a reasonable explanation. I've noticed before that it all depended on who served you how much you were charged. I always get the same thing so can't understand why the pricing isn't consistent.
Went an hour before closing, sat and waited at the drive through for 5 minutes before anyone said anything. Then they got my coffee wrong and told me the kitchen was closed even though there is no mention anywhere that you can't order food up until closing.
Very good coffee. Very friendly staff.The whole world is short staffed and these guys are still working hard with a smile on their faces. Great to see!
This is a great location. They always have fresh coffee and the staff is very friendly. Way to go guys!
Got my order right and the workers were very quick with a little bit of a line. However, I checked my bank account and saw that I was double charged. I called the store and asked for a manager. Whoever I spoke with at the store (not sure if she was a manager) tells me “we don’t do refunds. I’ll just tell everyone that we have to give you something for free next time.” In my experience, that never works. Since when do businesses just get to steal our money??
Very impressed with this place. It's always spotless clean in there! They usually have the same 2 girls working. They are both friendly, efficient, and on point. They say "hello" or "Good Morning to every person that walks in AND they handle that drive through like no one else! I've been to other Dunkin Donuts and this one definitely stands out!! I recommend it!!!
I've been here 3 times, all experiences were not great. The staff is nice, but the store is always understaffed. They run out of product early in the day, both in donuts and dairy free products. This isnt an associate issue, but management or Corp not providing enough support or product for employees and customers. If you are looking for quick service or specific products, you're better off going somewhere else. I feel bad for the associates that probably deal with the front of customer frustration and punishment, for something they cant fix and have no control over.
First time I ever came here, super nice staff at the time. But this time, came in and I got the same thing as I did last time. My first time I came with this order, it was only 8.52. And now I come, and i was charged $12.50 something.. and the staff was kinda rude when I politely told them I asked for almond milk and shots of caramel drizzle. Not sure if I was charged for 2 iced coffees, but idk how $8 goes to $12?
