15 plus minutes in the drive thru and there was only 1 vehicle in front of me. As you can see, my order wasn't complete with the everything bagel seasoning. Also, the cashier couldn't count back change.... I'll stick to my regular visited Dunkin!!
Drive thru had so much trouble hearing us and after so many tries, finally got our order right. When we got to the window, they said “Sorry what was your order again?” Maybe ordering inside would be better, but the worst Dunkin drive thru experience so far.
Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru on a weekday morning. Not sure if they were understaffed but I've been through other Dunkin's that operate much more quickly!
The place was very clean, which I really appreciate! the employees were courteous, patient, Professional, as well as using covid protocols i.e. Wearing masks masks and touching surfaces, $ exchange with gloved hands. They are also very informative, More than helpful and willing to answer all my questions ????? Due to being a newly transplanted, Still a newbie Minnesotan resident ... 3 months on 4/27/22...
Donuts were as fresh as a donut could be. Breakfast sandwich I had was hot and darn near looked exactly like the picture in the menu. Weird right?! The store itself was/is one of the cleanest stores I've ever been in only other restaurant that tops this one is Jimmy John's north location in Rochester MN. Nothing negative to say about the place and this morning I was in one of those moods where I was looking for something to Complain about. We've all had those mornings lol. Let's not forget about the staff. They were polite and did/do their jobs well. Hope this helps with your decisions on where to go the next time you want some good breakfast.
The young gentleman behind the counter was awesome! It was almost closing and I had never been to a DD and he took the time to answer all my questions. He even gave me a few donuts for free because of overstock that night. Needless to say we ended up buying more than we needed because of his awesome service.
Decent food & drink but customer service could be better. We were asked if we were rewards members, which we were, but then the person had no clue how to make sure we got those reward points.We missed out on double points on our whole order because the person had no clue how to actually utilize what they had just asked if we had. I will say they did try to figure it out & did apologize but we were still out the points in the end.
We love DD coffee, WHEN they get it RIGHT. We have continued visiting because we didn’t loose hope. Two coffees each of four visits the fourth time they got it right. We will return one more time and continue if they keep improving.
Customer service was great and with it being my first time there for breakfast it was delicious! Working in customer service for 15+ years, I also enjoyed the sign by the drive thru that asked people to be patient because the whole world is short staffed and they were happy for the ones who showed up!! I will be returning!
The food and coffee was great, the employees were very friendly. The onky draw back was parking. The parking lot was really small and hard to access. If going here plan on using the drive through.
