Delivered cookies left in unsealed box. Covered in ants when we got to them. Called next day and we were told they would deliver replacement cookies. They never did. Do not order cookies for delivery - they are wide open for contamination.
We tried both the Twix and Reese’s Cooke. Reese’s was way better since it was warm and gooey!! The Twix was too much shortbread cookie!
I was really excited to come here, and was even given a chocolate chip cookie for free. They presented the cookie to me and it looked fine from the top. Unfortunately when I split it there was one chocolate chip in the entire thing. Just not for me since the dough wasn’t mixed well. I’ll stick to apple valley for now.Update — only had 5 cookie dough pieces on my cookie dough cookie. The standard was 12….when I asked I didn’t get any fix. Beyond frustrated as this is my nearest crumbl.
Tried Crumbl for the first time today. The Salted Carmel Cheesecake was not baked properly. Raw cookie dough except for the edge. The chocolate chip cookie was baked properly but tasted very bland. Definitely won’t be going back!
Happened to be in the area, and thought I’d try these out. It was a hit! I got the s’mores, lemon, chocolate walnut, and something with caramel. They were $13 for the box of 4. All of them were great. You walk in, and order on the screens and they make the cookies fresh for you. The staff were friendly and the building was clean. So happy I got to cross this off my bucket list?.
I have always wondered why I see so many people going into a cookie store. I finally decided to try it and am so happy I did. This place is amazing. The cookies are so thick and warm and melt in your mouth! I can't wait to try every kind they make. I already know their chocolate chip is amazing. Also their curbside is great service. They were quick even though they had a line inside.
Undercooked and bleh.Got the chocolate chip and another. The chocolate chip was basically not cooked; it seemed microwaved maybe? The other one was bleh.I don't want to rag on the place, but it wasn't good.
Bought 4 large cookies in this first week of April. All 4 were undercooked or raw in the middle. Every person who consumed the cookies got sick. Contacted them via the email listed on the website and received no reply. The terrible cookies match the terrible customer service.
Honestly went a few times and liked what I got! This last experience not so much, I've ordered the Boston cream before and absolutely loved the quality! So when I received the cookie in the photo you could imagine how disappointed I was! I cant belive I was given this without a second thought :(
Cookies were okay but no real flavor to it. Get like a sugar cookies with toppings and they were raw on the inside had to toss them it’s okay nothing special to me
