Other locations gave 3 flavors for the love it size shake and this location refused and said it’s only 2, it’s my first time coming here, I like that they have seatings outside but the customer service is trash especially from the Indian girls.
Terrible service. The worst cold stone I have ever been too. The ice creams weren’t filled at all. I also asked for a bigger size cup to make it easier to carry the ice cream home. The employee said “sure. I can do that” then proceeded to not put it in the bigger cups. Also refused to use my coupon even though it was in my cold stone inbox. Just awful
Their online ordering will take your money for a cake that's not available when you arrive. I was offered a substitute, but nothing else for my inconvenience. There was a sign on their door offering free ice cream with any cake purchase and I wasn't even offered that. I will not return here.
Normally great and Normally open till their close time. Tonight they closed close to an hour early. Drove out of my way to get some cold stone to find out they closed early.
I don't usually write reviews, but my Cold Stone experience at thislocation was so awful it got me to actually come here to write one, so that's an achievement... I came in to get the Nintendo promotional flavors and none of the employees seemed to know what we were talking about, despite the checkout screen displaying it. When trying to explain what was in it, the staff was very rude. Also, they did not have the special promotional cups. Will not be coming here again.
Typical Cold Stone Creamery, no surprises although this location appeared to be quite short staffed.
Open until 11!!!! Heck yeah, long line only took about 10 mins great staff and very clean inside.
Great service by a young little girl but the quality of my ice cream treat was not good. The snickers was not crumbly, the gal took a mini bar and crushed it but it stayed in one chunk. At another location, they have the snickers pre chopped in fine pieces so you get snickers in every bite.The girl helping was very young and did the best she knew how. Her mom said hello, told me her daughter would help me and went to the back.When I got to my snickers chunk, it was old, not fresh. If I did return to this location I would ask what is fresh and what candy has been sitting.
So my experience here, i have been to this location and others. I don’t know why but apparently your not allowed any extra small cups, i have small children and they would never be able to eat a full cup the girl just looked at me and said they aren’t allowed to give out cups with out paying the price. I don’t see why this was an issue, at other locations when I asked for a cup it wasn’t an issue at all. Not to mention this girls were giggling and chatting away vs pay attention to the customer felt more like I was interrupting there time. I don’t live in the area and going forward I most likely will drive to another location or not go at all.
Came all the way from Iowa to visit the city. Decided we wanted to treat ourselves with some ice cream. The ladies working here were happy to see us. They always had a smile! They love their job.
