This location is the worst location so far! Not clean, dirty place, bad service! Always don’t have ingredients, waiting time 20-40 min! I hope they will do some changes!
We went here at 7:20pm on 7/24/22 and they close at 8pm. The other Chipotle in Eagan closed at 3pm so a lot of customers probably came over to this location because there was a huge line and a lot of online orders. The crew was working as fast as possible and there was only one crew member working on walk-in orders. the crew member who was serving walk-in customers was super professional and efficient and was thanking all the customers for being patient. Really great service in a very busy and stressful situation.
We ordered pickup from the app. They gave us a 5:50 pickup time and I arrived at 5:50 anticipating my order would be ready. I ended up waiting 30 minutes while I could have gone through the in store order line 5 times if I hadn't already ordered and paid. This was a frustrating and miserable experience with this store and it's the third time in as many visits where they have failed to provide a minimum level of satisfaction. The food is good but I will not return.
I love chipotle, but this location is something else. I came here and there were about 4 people of staff, and the line consisted of 10 people. Usually, chipotle crews fly quick, even too quick. This time they were taking their good time, so so slow. I ended up just ordering online. I still had to wait extra 10 minutes, and they were very ungenerous with their portions, kinda like everywhere for online orders for chipotle. Except here they took it to a new level. A spoon full of rice, I ordered extra meat, it was missing, and my extra rice for other order came out as two spoons of rice. Idk why it is the way it is, but that’s pretty sad. On the bright side, I did like the food. But service-another story. Please improve.
Poor customer service.No urgency to help customers.When I arrived there were 8 employees working. I walked in and there was 1 person in line waiting. I watched every employee see the line growing behind me and nobody helped us. I waited several minutes, nobody said anything to assure us we’d be helped shortly. The line reached at least 12 people and finally a kid, who definitely wasn’t excited to be there, slowly walks to his station to take the order of the woman in front of me. Then he helped me, I asked for Chicken, when I got to the register I was informed that the gentleman working had given me steak. I didn’t want steak, that’s why I ordered chicken. The woman working offered to ADD chicken to the bowl, I don’t understand how that fixes the situation. I have things to do, I don’t have time to wait around for this, also I didn’t want to hold up this growing line behind me. No other offer was made to fix my order, make it right, compensate me…. This is not the first negative experience I’ve had at this location, it’s close to my house but so is Qdoba, I’ll try that next time.
One employee ruined the entire experience.Terrible attitude. She looked up with an expression like I was an inconvenience to her when I asked for something, then totally ignored me. This happened twice with her. I had to go find somebody else. Just a gross & frustrating feeling—on top of already being hangry.….the food was decent. There were some hard chunks in the chicken that I had to discard.
I’m not usually one to complain but it took 40 minutes to get our food. we ordered online and it said promised by 4:15 and we ended up leaving at 5. Not only that, it wasn’t even that good.

I am speaking from the heart ❤️.Since the beginning and the recovery of Covid-19 there are many government and private businesses who are taking advantage of the consumer by using safety guidelines for selfish purposes:Regarding this business of Chipotle.Dinning area closed for the convenience of the employee(s) that don't wish to manage in store orders as the online orders clearly frees up time to horseplay or fidel on the phone.This store has 7 staff members+ manager equals 8 to run this mid size fast food restaurant.How come employees turn paying customers away that wish to order inside but the employee chooses to change the dynamics refusing a paying customer but after 20 minutes they take inside orders.This store wasn't no way near up to code towards cleanliness to have it's lobby closed ? for inside orders but to delay customers and be behind on orders equaling 30 minutes.Way to many employees standing around doing nothing or just mismanagement of company time. This manager not constructively micro managing staff greater efficiency to the customers and bottom line profit.My order for the evening order was shredded Pork, with Guac ?, corn, cheese, rice in a bowl. A small grammar school kid could prepare this in 5 minutes.This order took 35 minutes with 8 employees.Management are the issue here. Better managed employees will yield happier customers.
Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Ordered for pick up at 6:10, left the store at 7:00 without any food. They ran out of cheese and ended up locking the doors so no new customers could come in. The best part is I still got charged on my gift card!
Ordered three burrito bowls and a salad. All of them were barely half full. One of them was missing guacamole (which is an up charge) and lettuce! How could they even feel okay serving this?!
