Tried calling to find out if dining in was available - was greeted by an extremely limited computer prompt that provided zero help. Unfortunately since they don't even answer their phone I won't be able to patronize Chipotle (again) as I am unable to acquire this extremely simple information. The computer kept asking me what she could get for me and I kept telling her a human being would be great but she just wouldn't cooperate.
Worst Chipotle ever. They will insist you’ve paid when you didn’t, send you home with an ENTIRE wrong order. Not even close. Order burritos and you’ll get bowls for the whole order. Not even close to the amount paid. They run out of tomatoes, lettuce, tortillas and employees. It’s a ish show. Go elsewhere or be disappointed. Just close permanently.
Very reduced hours. I understand there are labor shortages. Update the website to accurately reflect hours of operation so people don't waste there time coming here to discover location is closed. App let me order from this location on a Sunday afternoon when it had closed at 3pm
Avoid this place honestly. Website and online services says they close 10pm, on their door also it’s says 10pm. Ordered online at 2pm and drove there only to find it closed. Why take orders when you’re closed? Plus they left other customer orders just randomly outside without a care. Do better guys!!!
Not only are the portions small, their only open till 4pm and if u order on the app anytime after 330pm u will find locked doors and no refund will be given. Corporate Chipotle needs to just shut this place down permanently
I placed an online catering order on Wednesday, May 11th at noon and paid for the order. I was called on Thursday, May 12th at 11:02 am telling me that they were not able to fulfill my order. I was supposed to pick up my order at 12:15 pm on the 12th. The manager was rude, unprofessional and proceeded to tell me this was not his fault and that it was corporates fault. He told me I had to call corporate to get a refund, which I did. However, they were not able to find my order with my email address or order number. Corporate then told me it was going to be 24-48 hours for her to investigate and get back to me regarding my refund. This was a $225 order and I still do not have my refund. Thank god for great local companies such as Smokin’ Oak in Hastings who came through with 9 pounds of smoked meat in a half hours notice!
Sporadic Hours - last week there was a sign saying that it’s open 10:30am - 3:30pm. Another day there was a sign that said that it’s closed for the entire day. Unpredictable. Food was good when it we ordered in the past - in person or online. But don’t plan on a chipotle run at this location - have a backup plan.
Ordered at 7:15PM for an 8:10PM pickup. Get there at 8:10PM, main door locked, sign directing people to use side door for pickups. Go to the online orders area, order not there. Check the time on the orders that are there, nothing past 7:00PM (think this could be a problem) About 10 people waiting. I could only see two people working (both were cleaning), no food was being made.Did the online chat thing satisfying order not ready, and we promptly refunded. I have a feeling that this happens a lot, so they made it really easy to cancel your order.
ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. Worst Chipotle location ever. PLEASE update maps with pertinent information; for example, whether you are open for dine-in or not. Because, as many testimonials at this particular location emphasize, ordering online is dubious at best. Some people still want to actually sit down and eat. Close this location please. Maybe you can combine employees with the Cliff Rd location & actually offer good service with polite employees over there. I'm never going to come to this location again.
We placed our order and it said it was supposed to be delivered at 4:57. It was not delivered until 5:39. When we received it it was cold and parts of our order were missing. We ordered a child's meal with chicken, beans, and rice and there was no chicken and only half a thing of beans. You cannot call to speak to anybody or get a hold of anyone. They do not have any answering service just a robot and an email that we still haven't gotten a response back from. I will never order from this Chipotle again.
