The food was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. No flavor, mushy, and generally unpleasant to eat. We ordered garlic beef (not a hint of garlic), pad Thai shrimp that looked and tasted like everything else we ordered) and the lo Mein was completely stuck together and lacking flavor. The Moo Shu chicken was all the same consistency and came with flour tortillas instead of pancakes. We added salt to it to give it flavor…Very disappointing meal! We threw most of it out. Never eating here again.
It was my first time eating here. The food and customer service was great! I'd recommend this place to others looking for Chinese food in Eagan.
We really like China Gourmet. We order a handful of dishes (Kung paochicken, sesame chicken, fried rice, lo mein, wonton and egg rolls) all are fresh tasting and consistent quality each time we order.
I was hoping the food would be great based off the reviews. Crab Rangoon was so overcooked I couldn’t bite through it. The chicken and beef dishes we got were extremely bland. Sad to say I will not order again.
The service is fast and friendly! The food is outstanding! The Lemon chicken was very flavorful and cooked just right. The Wanton soup was the best I have had in a long time. The pork Lorain was tender and the thin noodles cooked perfectly! All the vegetables were fresh and cooked to a tender consistency. The family was very happy!
Yaaaaaaaalllll I can’t even deal with how good my food is right now. Me and my family were driving around looking at Christmas lights and ran across this place and we decided to stop in the parking lot and look at their menu and I’m so happy we did. I got sesame chicken and fried rice combo for 8$ and it came with cheese wontons and it was better then any Chinese restaurant that I’ve tried in Eagan . Definitely worth trying ?

Good food, check the bag for any sauces you asked for before leaving
Not impressed. First of all, my daughter and I wanted to eat inside and the man working told us we couldn’t because it was “humid” in there. So we got back to our hotel and see that our fried rice was burnt. Also our cream cheese puffs were soggy and chewy. Do not recommend.
Never disappointed. The food is always good and the staff are friendly.
